Hi there, I'm Jennifer Paige! I have always enjoyed planning and executing events, even as a child. My birthday parties were off the chain! I first began coordinating weddings in 2015 as I was completing a Hospitality degree. Then I worked for a local venue for a few years, where I assisted with hundreds of events. I started Turn the Paige Events in early 2020, right before the pandemic shut down the world. What a time to start an event business, right? Thankfully, I made it through that year and have assisted many couples since then. In my off time, I enjoy scary movies, cat cuddles, and the occasional margarita.

I graduated from The University of North Texas with a degree in Integrative Studies (Business, Communication, and Hospitality Management). I always did makeup as a little girl but never thought it would be my passion until I decided in 2015 that I wanted to do more besides just going to work every day. For 17 years now the award winning recipe for The Texas Gypsies sound is to perform the “Vintage Jazzy Swingin" cool hep cat sounds of the Great Gatsby era 1920's, plus a mix of the Big Band Swing sound of the 1930's and 40’s, add in a taste of its sister sound, Western Swing, sprinkle some Django style Gypsy Jazz over the top and finally finish up with a pinch of Retro Deco Rockin Roll! The band mixes passionate violin, a blazing horn section, rockin-swingin guitars, slappin upright bass, and retro style drumming to harmoniously create their own unique, classy and fun sound!

Woodsy Floral started by accident believe it or not. Flowers have always been a part of my husband and I’s marriage. Every Friday or every other Friday my husband, Lonnie would go get fresh stems from the floral shop down the road from our house. With crazy looks he grabbed them. This turned into me making arrangements for our events. When some of our friends saw these floral arrangements, they asked if we could make more for their events. We had one friend that owns a wedding venue, she brought up becoming a vendor for her brides. Well after a little bit of pressuring from Lonnie, we attended her open house as a floral vendor and LOVED IT.
