“We were so glad Lily was available for our florals - what immediately stood out from our first call was that she cared about matching our vision, was aligned with our values (we loved that the flowers would be locally sourced), and was willing to share tips even at her expense (for example, she encouraged us to reach out directly to a vendor to rent large plants if we wanted to include them; she was transparent that she could on our behalf but that we could save the "middleman" fee if we preferred!). She worked with our budget and helped us explore options that would be the right balance of vision & cost. We also really appreciated that she created a vision board to allow us to see what she had in mind before we signed our contract. And day of, our florals were everything we wanted! I was in love with my bouquet, and we had guests comment on how beautiful the flowers were at both our ceremony and reception. “I could not have asked for a better photographer in any respect. Maya is extremely communicative, warm, welcoming, and excellent at what they do. I was incredibly nervous selecting a photographer because I had no idea what I was doing. During my first meeting with Maya, they put me completely at ease and walked me through the process, their photography philosophy, figured out what my spouse and I would/wouldn’t like in our photos, and even helped us get a sense of how our day’s timeline would go. Since we planned the entire wedding ourselves, their help even from this first meeting was invaluable. Maya and their partner the day-of were an absolute blast to have at the event. Even the usual stiff family formal photos felt fun and organic with their guidance, and they were always up for impromptu shots and suggestions. They make sure that their work is organic, dynamic, and really captures the essence of the couple’s relationship. I asked them to use my Polaroid alongside their professional gear and they were really enthusiastic about the prospect, so now I have a set of excellent Polaroids in addition to their amazing high definition work. My spouse and I will absolutely be going back to Maya in the future for more photography. Some advice: Don’t waste your time shopping around with other photographers. “From the minute we called to inquire about our wedding date (which was 8 months after we got engaged) Nicole was on the ball. Through multiple phone sessions, audio text messages, emails, etc, she helped to explain and guide us on what package was exactly right for me based on what I valued for the day. My husband and I booked the DJ, two photographers and a videographer through this company. We had a meeting with each one of them to review the timeline for the day and our “style” for the day. Each and every one of them extended so much professionalism and positive vibes during the entire process. Dj Ryan “007” Mitchell was our first meeting. He is so warm and friendly to work with, and extremely chill when it came to changes to the timeline or accommodations we needed with some audio things. He also knew exactly the vibe we were looking for on our day (we didn’t want full songs to be played and wanted a mash up of music) and he not only carried out this wish but he was on the dance floor with us carrying out the exact energy every wedding deserves. Samantha was our main photographer with Rocco has the second. Samantha was so on point and organized, and willing to get creative with our timeline to maximize the time spent between both her and Rocco. The “money shots” we have from our first look on our wedding day captured the best of the fall foliage and the most positive vibes .. Samantha was even excited about how awesome our shots were looking that she showed us a few while doing them. We were blown away by the “sneak peak” package she passed along - literally cannot wait to see the rest. Rocco was there to snag our reception and dancing photos. We already know those will be awesome as well. And now for Noah - the videographer. What a sweetheart he had been from the beginning. He was with us every step of the way, from getting ready - to the first look - into the reception. Noah was friendly and so chill - we knew his work was going to be good but let me tell you .. when we got the “teaser” reel.. W O W. We were so blown away about how he captured those brief moments of love that were going to have a watch party once we get back the full video. We actually re-lived the entire day in the 2 min teaser video so we’re pumped for the entire reel. Extremely satisfied. I’m not one to write reviews but feel compelled to share the positive experience we had with Loyalty Entertainment. If you’re reading this and on the fence about whether or not to book them for whatever reason.. this is your sign to just do it. We had a big, almost weeklong Indian wedding with multiple events, and Erin was one of the planners we interviewed and ultimately who we decided to work with. We greatly appreciated her insights throughout the planning process, especially as we were planning from another city and not on site. She had so many resources for us, including recommended vendors, planning checklists, and sample schedules. She helped us negotiate and review contracts with venues and vendors. Her team was especially helpful in the time leading up to the wedding and the wedding week. They were professional, organized, and timely. We had a snafu with one vendor, and Erin was extremely efficient in finding another backup at the last minute, kindly paying on our behalf on her own credit card to secure the vendor rather than worrying us in the middle of our event. She and her team kept what would otherwise be a chaotic weekend running smoothly and on schedule and even took the time to keep us well fed as the bride and groom, bringing us food and keeping some in our fridge for after the reception since we barely had time to eat in the midst of talking to our guests. “Their communication style was poor, often accusatory and defensive when we tried to clarify details with Kelley. However, the value was great - they allowed our pup to be part of the ceremony, which was a special touch. But we had to get any promises from the coordinator, Kelley, in writing, as many things that were "included" in our initial meeting ended up costing extra. Overall, the lack of transparency and professionalism made planning more stressful than needed but overall the day went very well the ceremony was beautiful and the reception was a blast.”

They were incredibly understanding about dietary needs; we had guests with multiple allergies and some religious restrictions, and the Dianoia's crew was so nice and accommodating about this and ensured all our guests had a full plate of delicious food. On our wedding day, the service was impeccable. The staff was on point - friendly, professional, and really attentive. They contributed to the warm and joyful atmosphere, making our day even more magical. All in all, fantastic food, wonderful service, and a caring team that made our special day truly unforgettable. “From the first call we had with Ashley, we knew she would be a perfect fit as our photographer. Her personality was so warm and welcoming and her passion for the work that she does, capturing your most precious moments, is evident from the moment you begin to speak with her. My husband and I were excited but slightly nervous about engagement and wedding photos - I consider myself not particularly photogenic, and my husband tends to avoid having his picture taken on most occasions. We were also skeptical, as a couple that isn’t fond of huge, flowery shows of affection that photos could capture our love for one another. As soon as we met Ashley during our engagement shoot, she immediately put us at ease and made us feel incredibly comfortable in front of the camera. She used the story of our engagement and our ideas about where to have photos taken and ran with it. She was able to create beautiful images that felt like equal parts a snapshot of our love story, and love letter to the city and campus where we found each other - even braving a bit of Pittsburgh rain to do so. She brought the same talent and warm presence to our wedding day. She struck an impressive balance between posing us with easy prompts for formal portraits and being in the right place to document the magical little details we couldn’t have anticipated. It never felt like she was intruding or forcing any moments or photos for the sake of them. Instead, it felt like she was an incredibly talented friend with a couple cameras who happened to show up in just the right moments to capture snippets of the day and night. Ashley also recommended bringing in a second shooter, Nellie, who was incredibly talented and warm in her own right. Together, they brought the most warm and uplifting presence to our day, and were able to capture our love for each other in a way that felt authentic to us. After the day was over, Ashley sent us around 200 previews two days later (!!!) and sent our full gallery one month later to the day. The photos Ashley takes have a way of capturing not only the image in a particular moment, but the feeling associated with it. The photos themselves are beautiful not necessarily because everyone is smiling perfectly and catching a perfect angle (even though many of her photos do capture that), but because they capture the beauty of people being their most authentic selves - and for the photos she takes of you, they help you see the yourself like the people who love you most in the world see you. We count ourselves so so lucky that we found a photographer that is as incredible a person as she is a talent. We cannot speak highly enough of her or recommend her highly enough to any couple who wants images of their special day.”
