Bello Giorno Estate is a modern interpretation of a romantic Italian villa in Tuscany. The grounds were inspired by and seek to emulate the villas of Tuscany's countryside. Situated alongside the scenic and historic Pequest river in Belvidere New Jersey, our Estate personifies an intimate natural elegance. Our grounds are carefully curated with a grand entrance gate, flowing gardens, and seasonal designs that provide the perfect accompaniment to our three outdoor ceremony spaces. Bello Giorno Estate also offers a separate 'Grooms Room' and Bridal Cottage for the wedding couple. Both spaces serve as the perfect place for your groomsmen and bridesmaids to privately enjoy pre-ceremony drinks and appetizers. Our venue has stunning outdoor picture spots. These include a koi pond, an overlook gazebo, a color lite fountain in our larger main pond, gazebos, gardens and many more onsite places for the most ideal pictures. Our Country Barn holds 300 guests and our Historic Bridal Barn is a space for our bridal parties to have exclusively. Ceremonies are on the grounds outside under our century-old oak trees.

You and your guests are welcome to roam the gardens and take pictures in the alee of trees, boxwoods, roses garden, walled garden, and private medallion garden. A pond, small waterfall, and landscaped entrance in front of the home is the ideal setting for your onsite ceremony. Appleford works with 8 exclusive caterers and is BYOB. Clients are welcome to select a florist, photographer, videographer, and other vendors. Bell Gate Farm is the perfect backdrop for any kind of event. I have one rule, however, there will never be more than one event per day. I firmly believe that you cannot concentrate and give supreme customer service when there are multiple activities going on the same day. When you rent Bell Gate, you are getting every nook and cranny, and that allows us to play a little bit. We can have a cocktail hour at the pool, but move dinner to the barn, and it feels like you’ve changed venue’s completely. It’s one of our greatest assets to be able to give our clients a robust and fulfilling event experience.
