Q: Do you provide music for wedding ceremonies or cocktail receptions?

It is an option I offer. I have a dedicated system specifically built for ceremonies that includes 2 lapel and 1 handheld microphone. This system is wireless and can be placed anywhere even without electricity.

Q: Are you fully insured?

Yes. Your venue can request a copy of my certificate of insurance and have them listed.

Q: How early do you come to set up?

Typically, I arrive to set up 2 hours prior to guest arrival.

Q: Do you provide other services, such as lighting or photo booths?

Yes, I offer several options to enhance your big day including up-lighting, centerpiece lighting, monogram projection, audio guest books and photo booths.

Q: What is your travel and break down fee?

There is no fee for set up or break down. Travel may be charged on locations over 1 hour from Springfield, MA.

Q: What are your sales taxes?

There is no tax or other hidden fees. When you receive a quote, that is exactly what you will pay. There is a 2% processing fee for credit cards.

Q: Can you provide specialty, religious, or ethnic musicians?

This is not a service I offer but am happy to work with ones you may hire separately.

Q: Do you take music requests?

I will gladly take request but is up to you. Some couples want me to and some don't. This is something we discuss during the planning stage.

Q: What do you wear?

Most events I am in a suit. If this is an outdoor event, it will most likely be dress pants and polo. You are welcome to request attire.

Q: Do you learn new songs?

Every week I keep up with the newest hits and trends in several different genres.

I design your wedding reception with you, customizing the entertainment to meet your specifications. Together, we’ll carefully plan each element of the reception, including the traditional activities you would like to have, special dances, a complete listing of song requests, and unique events you would like to create. Absolute Entertainment was an amazing wedding entertainment company to work with. From the very first call, they were honest, helpful, and informative throughout the entire planning process. Greg and Rose from Absolute Entertainment were amazing. Easy to work with, knowledgeable with the venue, and extremely accommodating. Greg was even able to make a last-minute song change to our already "set in stone" playlist, something we did not think would have been possible. Our guests enjoyed the photo booth and Rose was very kind and encouraged people to participate in the photo booth. We have been receiving nonstop compliments about the DJ and photo booth services since the wedding, and we are so happy we chose Absolute Entertainment.
