58 Hester Coffee is a mobile coffee cart proudly based in Southern California. - we do weddings all up and down the coast. We place a heavy emphasize sourcing ingredients from small towns throughout the world. Even on our mobile coffee cart, we bring the best espresso based and non coffee drinks curated to your liking. Need a cafe on wheels? We got you!

Everyone deserves to try specialty coffee, so to make our coffee accessible, we became a cafe on wheels. We only use light roast coffee beans to bring the highest quality espresso based drinks to any wedding. Our tea selection doesn't fall behind either; we use ceremonial grade Matcha and small batch specialty Chai.

On the day of, they provided unlimited coffee and matcha which our guests raved about! The value they provided was incredibly reasonable given the high caliber of their work.
