    It gives me great pleasure to provide a recommendation for Ms. Morgan Fisher as I have known Morgan Fisher for approximately six years. I first met Morgan when she was working as a bar server at a local restaurant where I often picked up carry-out orders on Friday evenings. While waiting, she would make me an outstanding top-shelf margarita. I quickly noticed that Friday nights were always busy—and it was clear that Morgan’s personality and attention to customers were a major reason why. She was the heart of the establishment on the nights she worked. Later, she moved to another venue, and I followed. Once again, she quickly built a loyal customer base. On Thursday evenings, she attracted a strong after-work crowd, the golf league crowd, and local regulars. Her ability to multitask was impressive—remembering regulars’ drink preferences, guiding customers through menu options, managing take-out orders, and assisting colleagues with their drink orders. The business Morgan is launching is a natural extension of her extensive experience in bar service, her deep understanding of customer service, and her professionalism, charm, and polished presentation.
