Since 2012, we’ve been providing a one-stop beverage solution for thousands of events across Colorado and Central Texas. With us, you don’t have to wait for alcohol delivery, rent glassware, or interrupt your party to make sure your bar is stocked. With our own bartender training program and unsurpassed experience, you get real value. So if the wedding party starts slamming drinks, you don’t have to worry—we’ve got this.

Food isn’t the only star of the show. We believe your bar deserves special attention, too. Whether it’s a uniquely “you” specialty cocktail or your favorite bottle of bubbly, we get it right. Peak Beverage provides everything you’ll need to simplify the bar services for your special event — alcohol, glassware, staff, and materials are all included in our packages, ensuring the best quality and value. We can even provide custom bar fronts, contract out with airstream bars, and connect you with the right vendor for beverage burros!

Lily was awesome to work with and ensured everything we asked for happened. Our bar staff was Kimberly, Abby and Lucas and they were on top of it all night. Great drinks and Great service. Thank you all for your hard work!

Working with Lily over the last year at Peak Beverage was great! She was fast, helpful, and kind in answering all our questions and helping customize the bar services for our event. The bar staff on the day of our wedding - Julia, Kim, and Clayton - were efficient and helpful, ensuring our guests had an excellent experience. Henry and I wanted to say THANK YOU to Peak Beverage for everything. Our wedding day at The Woodlands in Morrison, CO was more perfect than we thought possible and Peak Beverage was a huge part of it being such a success. The bartenders were professional, fun, nice, and knowledgeable. We never ONCE had a line of people waiting for drinks and everybody was thrilled with the drink selections - it was so obvious that you guys are the best in the business and our day would not have been the same without you. Our bar manager, Kaylee, is incredible at what she does - so experienced and well versed in managing an open bar (we had 168 people at our wedding). We will recommend Peak Beverage to anybody and everybody we talk to. Thank you for being so supportive throughout the planning process - we worked closely with Victoria and she was a dream to work with - she explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Any of our packages may be customized, as long as the products that you want are sold in Colorado. We encourage you to entertain the options that we have listed at each tier, as we have carefully selected these specific products based on their quality and value. This means that our packages will typically give you the best value/price vs custom building your own packages.

Our per-person pricing model includes bar staff, a bar manager, glassware, garnishes, alcohol, mixers/ N/A beverages, ice, all equipment needed, liquor liability insurance, setup, and breakdown. The per-person price is for adult drinkers aged 21+ only. We have a lower price for non-drinkers and guests under the age of 21.

Yes. Each type of bar service carries a different “bar minimum” depending on the hard costs associated with providing that type of service. Please consult your Account Executive for more details.

We are able to set up a cash bar for your event if a Special Events Permit is completed and approved by the county in which the event is taking place. There are certain limitations for this permit, so only certain types of events are permitted (non-profit, political, or other 501(c)(3) entities). For more information, please consult the licensing division of the respective county office.

Because less options do not necessarily mean less consumption, this will most likely not lead to a decrease in overall cost. We try to provide enough options so that different tastes and preferences are accommodated, so we encourage you to follow the model of our beverage packages.

In certain circumstances, this is allowed. For example, if you have a special bottle of wine in your cellar or a rare bottle of whiskey, we are happy to make arrangements to serve it to you or your guests from behind our bar. These arrangements must be made during the planning phase. All alcohol needs to be served by a Peak Beverage staff member, and there is no self-service during your event.
