My name is Melissa and I’m the founder of The Charcuterie Collective, a small business I proudly launched in June 2023 with a simple goal: to bring people together through beautifully crafted grazing experiences. What started as a passion quickly turned into a thriving business, built on creativity, quality, and a love for hosting. Just two years later, inspired by the connections and celebrations I’ve had the honor of being part of, I decided to take a leap of faith and expand in a whole new way.

Enter The Golden Pour — a vintage 1980s horse trailer, lovingly restored and transformed into a stylish mobile bar. The Golden Pour isn’t just a bar on wheels — it’s an extension of everything that The Charcuterie Collective stands for: community, elegance, and unforgettable moments. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a large celebration, I’m here to help you create an experience your guests will remember. Cheers to good food, good drinks, and even better company!     I have ran into the Golden Pour at several festivals. First I will start with the trailer itself. Forget about the drinks for a moment. Every time I have ran into the Golden Pour, the trailer has been exceptionally decorated with flowers and other decor. The fall decor was incredible and the trailer alone is a work of art. Now the drinks. The drinks are absolutely delicious. The Golden Pour crew does an incredible job of themed drinks based on the event/season. They all have themed nicknames, which instantly draw your attention and interest. They taste great and the prices are always fair. The ladies working were fantastic and the hospitality shown was outstanding. I look forward to using the Golden Pour at my future events and can’t wait until the next festival they will be at.
