Hello! My name is Porsha and I’m the owner of Cake Me Away. I’m a self-taught baker and have been baking since I was in high school. I officially transitioned from a hobby baker to an official business in 2019. Since then I’ve gained many repeat clients through word of mouth about my moist and delicious made from scratch cakes. I’ve created delicious cakes for birthdays, weddings, and other special events.
My made from scratch cakes set me apart from the competition. Scratch baking is something I’ve strived to perfect. My cakes are consistent in taste and deliciously moist. I strive for 100% satisfaction and look forward to creating the cake of your dreams.

This 50 guest package will provide a variety of desserts for you and your guest to enjoy on your special day. Delivery & Set Up Fee: $150 - $250 depending on venue distance. This fee is mandatory and not included in package pricing.

- 12 monogram sugar cookies

Chocolate Cake
A friend brought a piece over from her birthday party. It was the best, most delicious, moist, chocolate cake, with scrumptious vanilla icing with a thin layer of sweet something. I have eaten lots of cake in my 80 years, this was definitely the very best. Will highly recommend.

Cake Me Away, LLC was a great choice for our wedding cake and desserts. Their communication was quick and responsive, which was very helpful during the busy wedding planning process. The quality of their work was amazing - the cake tasted delicious and looked absolutely beautiful. Porsha showed up on time and got everything set up perfectly, allowing us to focus on enjoying our special day. Cake Me Away, LLC provided us with an exceptional wedding cake and dessert experience. Porsha's fantastic communication made choosing our wedding desserts very easy, from the delicious flavors and beautiful designs all the way down to the perfect colors. Even though we were in different states, we were able to work closely with Porsha to choose the ideal wedding dessert setup. We’re so happy we booked with Cake Me Away! Not only was the cake absolutely amazing, but we got a nice sized cake as an anniversary celebration this past June. She was so great to work with and made the experience still so engaging even though we had to do the majority of the planning during the pandemic.
