I will never compromise taste for aesthetics, but luckily you usually don't have to choose. I take great pride in the many times couples have said "they guests ate every bit of the cake!". I look forward to working with you to create the perfect dessert for your wedding.

I love to make luxury and high end cakes, but my business style is laid back and easy. I promise to always communicate openly, never surprise you with hidden costs, and do everything in my power to make sure that the cake is the most stress free aspect of your wedding. I still believe in small town values and handshake deals, even if Jackson is starting to feel like the big city.

Windy Woman Cakes was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding! From the very beginning, Lauren was incredibly easy to communicate with and made the process of designing our cake a total breeze. She even arranged a cake tasting for us during our vacation to Jackson, which was so thoughtful and allowed us to get a sense of her work. The final cake was not only absolutely gorgeous, but also incredibly delicious - it was one of the biggest highlights of our wedding day for both us and our guests. Windy Woman Cakes truly went above and beyond to bring our creative vision to life in a way that exceeded our expectations. We couldn't recommend Lauren more highly!

Windy Woman Cakes was an absolute pleasure to work with for our elopement wedding. Lauren’s communication style was quick, responsive, straightforward, and kind throughout the entire process. The quality of her work and value was stunning - the cake she produced was exactly what we were looking for and had the best flavor we've ever tasted. She was also very timely and professional, and her prices were very reasonable compared to other vendors we considered.
