We believe your wedding menu should be as memorable as the day itself. Our approach is deeply personal, with menus tailored to you and your guests. Expect Argentinian asador with whole animals cooked over live fire, mind-blowing Texas brisket, and vibrant vegetarian and vegan dishes crafted with intention. Seasonal flavors, soulful sauces, and a deep love for Oaxacan cuisine—especially masa—are at the heart of everything we do.

    Daniel truly turned our dream wedding meal into a reality. From the very beginning, he understood our vision of blending our cultures through an open-fire Argentinian asado and Texas BBQ, and the results were beyond anything we could have imagined. Our guests were absolutely blown away, many even told us it was the best meal they’ve ever had at a wedding. As true foodies, having food that was not only delicious but also unique and memorable was incredibly important to us, and Daniel delivered on every level. Beyond his talent, Daniel was an absolute joy to work with. He made the entire process seamless and stress-free, and along the way he genuinely became a friend. We cannot recommend Daniel and Cactus Eater highly enough for any event, he will exceed your expectations.

    We had a very specific idea for our wedding dinner, an Argentinian style asado, and were having a hard time finding a chef comfortable making that happen for our 150 person wedding. Was so fortunate to meet Daniel, who was not only excited about the idea, but went above and beyond with the meal. To this day, it's the first thing people bring up when we talk about our wedding.
