Create & Graze delivers an elevated, interactive food experience designed to "wow " your guests. It’s not just food—it’s an experience your guests will talk about long after your wedding day. Our signature charcuterie bar cart allows guests to curate their own selections, choosing exactly what they love. Our cannolis are freshly piped on-site and individually served to each guest, ensuring perfect texture, flavor, and presentation every time for a truly indulgent dessert.

We offer a truly elevated food experience designed for couples who want more than ordinary appetizers or traditional dessert tables. Unlike grazing tables, our charcuterie bar cart features individually contained, curated ingredients, thoughtfully displayed so foods don’t touch. This approach not only looks refined, but also helps minimize issues for guests with allergies. Don't just serve the standard appetizers, allow your guests to choose exactly what they want with an experience that feels intentional, upscale, and fun.     I was at a party where the delicious cannolis were served, I honestly didn’t think I was going to enjoy them, but was I surprised at how amazing they turned out! We also had loaded mashed potatoes in martini glasses, I felt so classy and so well fed all at the same time. Highly highly recommend this!
