Born from a passion for food, La Pizza Napolitana ATL brings authentic Neapolitan pizza-making to Atlanta. Our journey began with a simple belief: great food brings people together. We trained alongside master pizzaiolo in Naples, Italy, and imported authentic Italian ovens. We source only the finest ingredients directly from Italy because authenticity cannot be compromised. What makes us unique is the Latin passion we infuse into everything—from our carefully fermented dough that develops exceptional flavor over 24-48 hours, to the joy we feel sharing each perfectly crafted pizza with you!
While others import ovens, we infuse Latin passion into authentic Neapolitan technique. Our 24-48hr fermented dough and Naples-trained pizzaiolo create uniquely soulful pizzas that others can't match.
