Le Petit Croissant began as a farmer's market booth in 2014, but quickly became established as a delicious source of handmade French Pastries and Savories in Colorado Springs. We use only premium ingredients -- real cream, real eggs, real butter, real chocolate -- and no fillers. Our pastry methods are classic and very French. In fact, our favorite tool is a rolling pin!
