Here at Miss Hamill’s we collaborate with you to create a totally unique and personal menu for your wedding. We love cooking from scratch using seasonal ingredients from our Maine farms, fish markets and local purveyors. Our services include: styled food spreads, raw bar oyster cart, interactive stations, passed-appetizers, family-style, buffet and plated dinners. We partner with you and your planner in the entire process; rentals assistance, detailed logistics, day-of operations, custom-styled food stations and more. Our passion is hospitality and we strive to make every one of your guests feel taken care of throughout the event!

Collaborating with our couples to create the menu of their dreams is what we love! We gather so much joy in the relationships we build - it truly is an honor to cook for people on their wedding day. We put a ton of heart and love into every aspect; from the menu creation to planning to the day of. Jay takes time to cook your menu from scratch - days of creating sauces, stocks and building flavor profiles to make your menu shine. The day-of we have a team of incredibly talented chefs and hospitality professionals to bring it all together.

    TLDR: You will not regret choosing Miss Hamill to help bring magic and celebrate your special day. Whenever we book a wedding, and the happy couple shares with us that Miss Hamill is one of their vendors, we immediately beam. Vendor to vendor, we could not ask for better collaboration. The food that they produce & the art in which they serve in is a true masterpiece. We can only hope, one day when we both get married (fingers crossed ;)), we can book them.

    Miss Hamill’s was hands down our favorite vendor to work with for our 200-person wedding in Maine this past August! From start to finish, they were organized, thoughtful, and incredibly caring — you can truly tell that they love what they do. Jay and Danielle took the time to get to know us and our tastes, and their passion for food really showed. We had a pre-call to plan the menu, and they were so flexible and collaborative — offering fantastic suggestions for everything from passed appetizers to entrees. They designed a personalized, family-style dinner that felt so warm and special, and the use of seasonal ingredients elevated every dish. As a couple who loves trying new restaurants and unique flavors, we immediately connected with them over their shared love of food. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the meal was — so many people told us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. Their attention to detail went above and beyond. They built the most beautiful raw bar cart that added so much to our cocktail hour aesthetic and put together gorgeous table scapes for our charcuterie table. They even scraped all of our dinner plates (we sourced our own china) at the end of the night. They handled every twist and turn of the day with grace and smiles. Miss Hamill’s is everything you could want in a caterer — talented, professional, and genuinely kind people. If you’re lucky enough to book them, do it! You’ll be so glad you did.
