At Pat’s, we believe food is at the heart of every great celebration—and this wedding reminded us just how true that is. From the moment we began planning with the couple, we knew this day would be something special. They cared deeply about creating an experience that felt warm, welcoming, and uniquely them. And for us, that meant crafting a menu that didn’t just feed their guests—it told a story. The charcuterie display set the tone, inviting guests to gather, mingle, and connect over beautiful boards filled with artisan meats, cheeses, and seasonal accompaniments. It was more than just an appetizer—it was a celebration of flavor and togetherness. Dinner was the centerpiece, cooked with heart and served with care. Using our signature Pentolo pan, we created bold, vibrant dishes that brought guests back for seconds—and sometimes thirds.
