Sierra Catering has been in business in the Houston/Cypress area since 2011. Alejandro Mireles (Alex), the owner, has a chain of restaurants in Mexico and decided to expand his business here. Owning several restaurants, he has the knowledge and 14 years of experience in the industry and catering business. Sierra Catering is quickly building a reputation for providing delicious food at affordable prices - both of which every bride needs and appreciates. he also specializes in Italian, BBQ, Spanish, Argentinian, Mexican and French cuisine. No event is too small or too large.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! !!
Sierra Catering provided exceptional service for our wedding day. The communication with the owner, Alex, was excellent - they were the best in the business, extremely responsive and kind throughout the entire process. The value, quality, and professionalism of their work was amazing. The cocktail hour bites were delicious, and they executed a seamless buffet line that got all 215 of our guests served in under 20 minutes. Alex was present the entire time to ensure everything ran smoothly, including the cake cutting. I would absolutely recommend Sierra Catering and use them again - the food exceeded our expectations by miles, and their service was incredibly reasonable and catered to our every need and beyond. 10/10 experience!
Guests raved about the food!
Everything was delicious! We loved our tasting and the way the plates were set up so we could see the actual look of the presentation in advance. We had fruits, cheese and crackers for cocktail hour. For dinner we chose the London broil, stuffed pork loin, pesto pasta, and mashed potatoes. Our guests LOVED the pasta and potatoes especially. Alex is wonderful to work with!
