Joel and his team were so incredible! When planning our wedding my husband and I really wanted something different from the standard wedding food. We had an incredibly difficult time getting vendors to respond to us, or find anyone that would make our vision of asian food come to life. As soon as we found Joel he was incredible to work with. From building a menu that hit all of our food restrictions, being professional, on time, organized, etc. it was all incredible. They do a very cute tasting which made us feel special and heard. Joel even went as far as to make two things he had never made for us for our wedding. He did so while also insuring all of our sides were gluten free, vegan and dairy free to fit guests dietary needs, as well as a gluten free entree that was so good you wouldn't have even know it was gluten free. It was all perfect and a dream! ALL of our guests (over 200 guests) and even our other vendors were so impressed and multiple vendors and guests told us it was the best food they had ever had a wedding. On top of that his crew was all so incredibly friendly and great. They all made sure to check in on my husband and I multiple times throughout cocktail hour and dinner to ensure that we actually ate during our wedding. They also did a great job helping set up our late night snack, and our sushi table that we had delivered for cocktail hour. He was so flexible and easy to work with for everything and I can't say that enough. I would HIGHLY recommend Joel and his team for any type of event that you need catering for!

Joel and his team at Twist really came through with incredible food and warm, wonderful staff to make our wedding a hit. Joel worked with us as our wedding size shifted throughout the planning process, accommodated all of our guests' dietary restrictions (including Celiac), and came through with some of the tastiest food. My guests are still raving to me about the avocado cilantro cream sauce weeks later. We worked with Joel to facilitate the rental of linens, plates, flatware and glassware. That was such a blessing too -- it eliminated a lot of complexity for us and he made it so easy. The staff he brought were warm and wonderful and attentive, making sure everything went well. We were married in the same space that we held our reception and had to flip the room to reception layout and his staff executed well on all of those details too. The only thing I would have done differently is ensure I got on the phone with Joel earlier in the process to talk through the details and questions he had sooner, but he and his team were able to adapt. They did an excellent job with cleanup and made it super easy on our folks and friends who were there to assist with that. I would happily work with Twist again for catering needs and would highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.

Twist catered our wedding and were absolutely phenomenal! Joel and his team were patient and flexible the whole time and worked with us to create our perfect menu. They even went above and beyond, fulling all of our special requests. Our planner complimented that Twist was easy to work with, and loads of our guest's shared how much they loved the food. Even when the venue's representative proved difficult to work with, Twist stayed professional all the way through. LGBTQ friendly

We searched high and low for catering and we are SOO lucky to have stumbled across Twist! Joel (the owner/chef) was communicative, professional and made some seriously delicious food. We opted in for the Italian Twist and heard nothing but compliments from our friends and family. We found his price point to be fair and Joel's food tasted like we were dining out at a restaurant. It was made with love and had quality ingredient! His wait staff was also great to work with (thanks April!). They executed everything we had asked and went above and beyond. Please do not hesitate to book Joel for your special day/occasion! Big thanks to Joel and team.
