Chef Michael Zambito introduced Historic Medina to exceptional service in a fine dining atmosphere after opening Zambistro in 2006. In addition to a growing restaurant, Zambistro Catering has continued to expand over the years. Weddings, birthday parties, office parties, bridal showers, the options are endless! Zambistro Catering offers full service offsite catering as well as drop off services. Our full service restaurant also has multiple private spaces for onsite parties.

When you book with Zambistro Catering you work closely with our catering team to ensure your event is second to none. Once you have booked your wedding with Zambistro, you will be invited out for a complimentary tasting in our newly expanded test kitchen.
