Hi, I’m Sayoko, the florist behind Seedling Floral. I create whimsical, romantic wedding florals inspired by Oregon’s landscape and the wabi-sabi philosophy of finding beauty in the organic, imperfect, and unplanned. My designs are thoughtfully gathered and season-led. I work with couples planning everything from intimate micro-weddings and elopements to full-scale celebrations, always approaching each event with care, intention, and a deep appreciation for natural beauty.
My work is rooted in wabi-sabi, embracing movement, texture, and the quiet beauty of imperfection. Rather than rigid or overly styled designs, I create florals that feel effortless, personal, and connected to the season and setting. I thoughtfully repurpose florals throughout the day to create impact while staying intentional, and I love collaborating closely with couples to ensure their flowers not only look beautiful, but truly shape the feeling of their wedding day.
