Hi Jamie, We’re truly sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your experience. Our team did everything we could to ensure you were completely happy and confident leading up to your wedding day. In fact, we provided three separate hair trials — including one personally done by the owner — all at no additional charge, in an effort to find a style that suited your hair type and vision. During each session, we discussed that the specific style you were requesting would be very difficult to achieve with your natural hair and only a few extension pieces. We also completed a makeup trial for you, and while we understand that personal preferences vary, concerns were never shared with the artist at the time. Trials are specifically designed to allow us to make adjustments and ensure you love the final look, so open communication is key to that process. Despite the feedback here, we’re glad you still chose to have our makeup artist be part of your big day. Our goal is always to make our brides feel beautiful and confident, and we take pride in going above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
