Left Me Stranded Before My Event

I booked Infinite Beauty LA weeks in advance while planning from NYC for an important event in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. On the day of the event, the artist was delayed in traffic and kept pushing the arrival time later and later. Eventually, she even asked if I wanted to cancel because she wouldn’t be able to make it on time or else I’d risk being late for my event. This left me extremely stressed right before an important occasion, especially since I didn’t have the makeup products with me to do it myself. While I understand that accidents and traffic can happen, I believe a professional should plan accordingly, leave extra time for LA traffic, and ensure clients are not put in such a difficult situation. For anyone booking from out of town or with a strict timeline (like weddings or special events), I would strongly caution against relying on this vendor. Communication was polite, but the lack of reliability completely overshadowed everything.

I hired Infinite Beauty LA because my brother used them for his wedding as well. They were punctual, and so friendly! Definitely made the morning fun and comfortable! Alyssa is so easy to talk to as well, and you can tell her focus is to make you happy. I’m naturally indecisive but she helped me pick between eyeliner and lash decisions. Trust her with my makeup completely! Also the hair! So perfect, I believe Maria did my hair and it stayed perfect all night even with all the dancing! So sweet! And the pricing is great! All my bridesmaids loved their hair/makeup and loved that the pricing was reasonable! Also, I was so in love with my lip combo that day that Alyssa was so nice she gifted me the lipsticks! ️

From the moment I first reached out to Infinite Beauty La, I was impressed by their efficient, clear and extremely helpful communication style. Alyssa was incredibly kind throughout the entire process, making me feel at ease and confident leading up to the wedding day. Their professional work was quick, long-lasting and truly beautiful. They collaborated with me every step of the way to ensure I looked and felt my absolute best. I didn't have any stress or anxiety about getting ready, as the Infinite Beauty La team made me feel the most confident I've ever felt. I would use and recommend Infinite Beauty La a million times over!

I did 2 trials with Alyssa; both times were great, and the makeup lasted all day and felt really great on my face. The hair and makeup on everyone else also came out very nice and they all loved it. Reasoning for not giving 5 stars was due to wedding day. They arrived late which caused the rest of the day to fall behind and failed to inform me. There also seemed to be some miscommunication with my makeup but all ended up fine after asking to make the adjustments. My hair wasn't exactly what I wanted and felt a little rushed, but I wasn't going to let that ruin my day. A wedding timeline really starts with hair/makeup and if they are late and you don't have buffer time, it gets very frustrating. Would have been 5/5 if they were on time.
