Dara has been my go-to hair dresser for quite a few years now. She really understands how to maintain hair health and has a great range to be able to cut and style my hair in either its naturally coily state and its straightened state - something that is really important to me! My silk press lasts about two weeks (without a relaxer) when I get them done from her! For me that’s a looonnngg time. My hair has grown so much under her care, as it was VERY damaged from relaxing it and always adding extensions when I first started seeing her. So when I found out that Dara was doing hair for a wedding I was going to be in, it was a no-brained to have her do my hair. She took the time to chat beforehand with me and made sure she knew what I wanted. She was able to work with the curly extensions I brought with me. And she took the time and care to make sure I not only looked good as a bridesmaid but that I loved the way I looked. She is not only a talented hair stylist but also an all around sweet human being. You won’t regret working with her!

Looks By Dara was an absolute pleasure to work with for my wedding day hair. Dara's communication was clear, concise, timely, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and professional, personable approach resulted in absolutely beautiful, picture-perfect hair that lasted all day and night, even in the August heat of our destination wedding in Mexico. Dara truly cared about making me feel like a true bride, bringing my hair inspiration to life and ensuring every last detail was perfect. Dara styled my hair for a wedding in Mexico. She did the bride & wedding party & everyone looked fabulous! She is a very gifted stylist! She has also styled my hair for other special occasions & for a professional photo shoot. Again, beautifully styled! She uses great products & I have seen my hair grow into a healthy state since I’ve been going to her on a regular basis. She is VERY good at her craft & who I will choose every time for my special styled looks!
