No- but we do have a minimum spending of $600 amount which does not include the travel fee.

Yes- lashes are included in all bridal prices. Price does not change if someone does not want lashes/brings their own lashes.

No- you do not have to book a trial as it is not included in your bridal contract. Your bridal trial is booked and paid for separately. However, it is important to note that booking a hair and makeup bridal trial is a good way for the bride to experiment with different styles, communicate her preferences, and ensure the chosen look complements her features. The trial also helps test the longevity of the hair and makeup, assess how they photograph, and coordinate with the wedding attire. Ultimately, it reduces stress by providing clarity and confidence about the bridal look, while aiding in time management for the wedding day schedule!

Maekalah was absolutely wonderful. Before the wedding she was quick to respond to messages and provided a detailed breakdown of her costs and her services, which I appreciated. On my wedding day she did a fabulous job for both my bridal look and my bridesmaids and MOB. I liked that she explained everything she was doing along the way and gave me options so that I was involved in the process and not surprised with the final look. I also appreciated her ability to navigate the ferry schedule to get to my wedding location on Peaks Island without any issues. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a makeup artist in the New England area!

Seriously the best makeup artist of all time. I am so incredibly happy that Maekalah did our makeup for my June 2025 wedding at Lareau Farm Inn in Vermont. From the trial to the wedding day, she crushed it and somehow made everything even better than the inspo pics I shared. She is truly the best person to spend a wedding morning with. Her funny and sweet commentary kept me calm when it would have been so easy to stress. My trial was SO good that one of my bridesmaids, who wasn’t planning on getting makeup, changed her mind and booked with her. Then on the wedding day, my makeup was obviously fire, so another bridesmaid decided on the spot to get her makeup done too. Maekalah was so flexible and made it all work seamlessly. She made each of us feel gorgeous, confident, and so special. On top of being insanely talented, I feel like we became real friends through the process, which made the experience even more fun. Love, love, LOVE her. Thank you Maekalah, you are truly the best New England makeup artist and I cannot recommend you enough!

Maekalah did my makeup for my wedding 10/5/2024 and I couldn’t have asked for a better artist! Not only did I have to change my venue 6 months before the wedding, I had to change the time of my wedding from 5pm to 10:30am, meaning hair and makeup had to start at 6:30am! I was so nervous to tell Maekalah of the change (idk why because she’s literally the sweetest person ever!) but she was like nbd I’ll just bring more help to make sure we’re on time. From the moment I had my trial, I knew Maekalah could do no wrong, I got so many compliments and was so at ease the day of my wedding. My makeup looked so good day of, and Maekalah sent me on my way with a little mini touch up kit. Check out her instagram!
