Hi! I'm Amy Ronk, a photographer currently based in Colorado, USA. After attending photography school, weddings kind of stole my heart. I love love of every kind, and it's always such an honor to be considered to capture your wedding day. I focus mainly on candid moments, and showcasing the emotions of the day. I think it's important to walk away from your wedding with timeless, beautiful photos that will remind you just how special your day was.

My goal is to make you as comfortable as possible! Weddings can be hectic, and I promise to do my very best to keep you laughing and focusing on the most important things: you, and your future spouse! I always try to capture your day in the most accurate, heartfelt way possible.

    We cannot say enough positive things about Amy! She is not only an amazing photographer and artist, but also an absolute gem of a person. She did our engagement and wedding photos, and we loved every second of working with her. We were planning everything from out of state, which can be a challenge, but she made it easy and stress-free. Amy was easy to communicate with throughout the whole process, and you could tell she was genuinely excited to be working with us and be a part of our special day. Our first time meeting her in person was during our engagement photo session and we instantly felt comfortable with her. As for the pictures, we absolutely loved them! They exceeded all expectations, and we cannot stop looking at them. Our jaws dropped with each one when looking at them for the first time. Her skills are incredible, and we could not believe the pictures were ours. She has a special eye for getting the perfect angle, backdrop, lighting, etc. She also gets a good mixture of the typical posed pictures, but also capturing raw emotions. We would definitely recommend her and hope to get pictures with her again someday!

    Amy did an unbelievably fantastic job of photographing our wedding! We were working from out of town, so all of our planning with Amy was done from several states over. One of things we immediately liked about Amy was all of her galleries looked different based on the couple - it was their vibe! She also had plenty of examples of two-bride weddings. We really appreciated that Amy was explicitly LGBTQ friendly. We didn't need an engagement session, so Amy worked creatively with us to find a way to use the extra time we had paid for and sourced a second shooter for us. Day of - also our first time meeting Amy - was perfect. We had some squirmy kids and family who didn't speak English and Amy helped us manage everything. We appreciated that we were able to really be in the moment and didn't have to focus too much on the pictures - she just documented everything! We just got the photos back and they are absolutely gorgeous. Cannot recommend Amy enough - professional, great communicator, fun to be around on the wedding day, and absolutely beautiful pictures we will treasure forever.

    One of the most important wedding elements for me and my now husband was the photography. We were immediately drawn to Amy's natural but bold, candid and fun style, as well as her transparent pricing. She was great to communicate with from the very beginning, answering all of our very detailed questions almost a year before our wedding even took place. And on the day itself? She was incredible! My husband and the groomsmen got into an accident on their way to the venue, which obviously stressed him out on top of significantly delaying our first look. Amy helped calm him down to bring him back to the moment and found unplanned pockets of time during the wedding to take some more pictures of just us. We were so impressed with how much she covered without a second photographer—even our guests commented on how she seemed to be everywhere at once! She has such a knack for capturing the fleeting, special moments, and for making people feel comfortable right off the bat. Finally, we were also amazed at the turnaround on the pictures. Amy had sneak peaks ready for us only 2 days after our wedding, and we had the rest about 5 1/2 weeks later. We had many newlywed friends this year who were waiting much longer for any pictures at all. We can't recommend Amy enough!

    We had so much fun working with Amy! We weren't sure about the engagement shoot initially (and she was willing to credit that to other services), but we're so glad we did. It gave us the time to get to know her operating style and settle our nerves for the big day. I can't stop looking at all the photos... It's like a little (still shot) movie reminder of such an incredible day.
