I am a very genuine and empathetic. I am not exaggerating when I say I care a lot. I invest a lot of time into getting to know my couples + what makes their relationship unique and beautiful. This allows me to photograph their day in a way that really represents their love in the best ways. I am really big on supporting my couples from start to finish. AKA, I am here to help with any and all things wedding related! But I also care about how my couples are doing, and love getting updates. Many of my couples still keep in touch to this day. And that makes my heart so happy!

    I’ve seen Cheleana photograph in many different settings, from mini sessions to weddings. I’ve been a guest at weddings she’s photographed, I’ve assisted her on wedding days, and she’s even photographed a wedding day that was deeply meaningful to me, one that sadly didn’t get to happen. She was there to capture my brother’s fiancée in her wedding dress, as well as portraits with our family just after his passing. It was such an emotional day, yet she handled every moment with grace, empathy, and care, making everyone feel comfortable. Whether she’s photographing a full wedding day or a single portrait, she brings the same energy and intention. When you’re around her, you don’t feel the natural pressures of a wedding day because she knows how to create an environment where people can relax and be fully present. She anticipates needs, notices the details, and has a rare ability to preserve the atmosphere of a wedding: the joy, the love, the anticipation, in a way that you can still feel when you look at the photos years later. As someone who can be camera-shy, I can honestly say she has a way of making people feel completely at ease. Her photos don’t just document moments, they preserve emotions, and it’s an honor to be photographed by her.

She is incredibly talented and has a true gift for capturing not just images, but emotions and moments in the most beautiful, seamless way. From the beginning, she worked closely with us to bring both our vision and her creative eye together, and the result was more than we could have imagined. Every detail, every glance, every laugh was thoughtfully and artfully documented.     Cheleana was amazing!!! Do yourself a favor and hire her to be your photographer, you’ll thank yourself later. She was so genuine and professional throughout the entire process and went way above and beyond to make sure she captured our special day. We received our “sneak peek” photos within the first week and they are freaking STUNNING. The rest of the photos will be to us soon (timeline of 6-8 weeks post wedding), but seriously already so stoked about all of the sneak peek photos she gave us. She was also so much fun to be around on our wedding day and made the picture process so fun, I felt like I was having one of my best friends be my photographer haha. Hire Chel, you won’t get better!

    Cheleana was absolutely amazing to work with, from communication prior to the wedding to navigating the changing environment of a large-scale wedding. we were given more than a few changes to the timeline, and she kept the flow going while managing a second shooter along with sharing the moment with a videographer. Finding a photographer that enjoys what they do while they are working and able to keep a smile all while making the customer and other vendors feel like a team.!
