Jillian is Amazing!

We had a mixed experience with Complete- The good: The day of services were absolutely 10/10-we hired a photographer and DJ and they by far exceeded our expectations. We had Jillian for our photographer and she was absolutely exceptional- she was encouraging and gave us feedback while we were doing photos so that we knew whether we were doing things as she wished or if we needed to adjust for better photos. She was so incredibly kind while also able to do crowd control for efficiency during family photos. Of note she also gave us a call ahead of time to discuss our wishes, any family dynamics she should be aware of, any specific things we wanted her to capture. We also were having trouble deciding where to do photos after the ceremony and her knowledge of photo spots in the Milwaukee area was great - she suggested a place we've never actually been, and we trusted her and it turned out to be a beautiful place. She let us see some of the photos on her camera mid shoot and I was absolutely stunned by how amazing they looked even before editing. She made us feel so comfortable - I am typically an awkward picture taker so this was SO helpful. She gave us advice and pointers to help us throughout the shoot. She even went above and beyond at the reception by helping me dish up my dinner to avoid spilling! We highly recommend Jillian!!! Opportunities for improvement: We just wish that the company in general was more responsive to our emails/calls during the planning phases of the wedding. It caused some stress for us to try to get in contact with Complete when we were about a month out from the wedding and wanting to iron out all of our details so that we could attempt to avoid any last minute planning/questions/etc, as well as inform our family of pertinent details. We were told our photographer and DJ would contact us a certain amount of time before the wedding, and they absolutely did, but we wish there was more flexibility in finding out their contact information so we could contact them earlier. Our final payment was due to complete before they told us who we were assigned and before the date they had them contact us, and so it was slightly disconcerting to pay a large sum of money when you hadn't even talked to/planned the day with those services. Overall, after the day of the wedding, we were so incredibly happy with the services, Jillian is 5/5 stars across the board, so I would recommend Complete under the conditions that someone is ok with not talking to their DJ/photographer until about 10 days before their wedding. In that case, Complete was fantastic. If you are the type of couple who likes to plan further ahead and have everything sorted out early, you may experience a small amount of anxiety waiting to be contacted. *At this time have not seen final products so cannot comment on quality of final product, only planning and day of wedding
