Hi, I'm Daniel! I'm a Chicago-based artist who moonlights as a wedding photographer. In all reality though, I love sharing stories of love, almost as much as I love creating art - that's why I do my best to merge the two in each story I tell. While I call Chicago my home these days, I am *more* than willing to travel to your neck of the woods - just ask!

You might notice that my work is a bit.. different than other wedding photography. I do my best to create a deep feeling of reminiscence when you look at these images. A sense of place and time and emotion. I hope they make you cry.

Daniel was soooo kind and thoughtful in the planning process. He met us the day before for our rehearsal dinner/vow exchange and we got these stunning photos by the lake. I’m so awkward in front of a camera but he managed give clear queues to relax us and got adventurous with some shots. On the day of our wedding, he navigated the many moving parts really well, captured the ceremony perfectly, and got great shots during the party. The sneak peek photos were great and I’m grateful he could turn them around so quickly. Overall, a great experience, a delight to work with. He’s got great packages and would hire him again!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Daniel! From the very first conversation, it was clear that he genuinely cared about getting to know us as a couple and understanding our vision for the day. His warm, friendly energy made us feel completely at ease—like we were working with a longtime friend rather than a vendor. Our photos were beyond stunning and we could not have been happier with them! My sister ended up hiring him for her wedding a few years later as well. And yep, Daniel crushed it again. If you want someone who’s very talented and a genuinely great person to have around on your big day, go with Daniel. You won’t regret it!

Excellent Photographer! I had a large wedding party and he was extremely patient during our portraits. He was also very creative in his shots. They were rustic looking and beautiful (just what I wanted). Thanks so much Daniel! You Rock!
