I'm truly sorry to hear that you felt disappointed-our goal is always to make every couple's experience be meaningful, smooth, and joyful. We take great pride in the service and images we provide. To provide clarity for you and for other couples reading: Timing: on the day of the proposal, I notified Chase promptly that we were delayed due to accidents on the route, and i appreciated his understanding at the time, since it was beyond our control. Sky & lighting: When you have a bright background and darker subjects you pick what you expose for. We choose to expose for skin tones and clients over the sky. This is very common during all session, especially beach ones for many photographers. Looking back on your gallery, you did have blue skies in some of them but the white sky came after the sun was setting. I did offer sky-enhancement and gave you an example of 1 image with 2 options but didn't hear back from you. I was waiting to send you the black n white's along with the sky enhancements if you wanted that. Edits & Communication: When Chase reached out afterward, I provided examples of sky edits and asked which images and type of sky enhancement you preferred. Those images were simply examples of two possible options, however, I did not receive a response. Communication is a two-way process, and if you believed any images were missing, you were welcome to contact us at any time. I am happy to make any adjustments once I know exactly which images you would like revised. We truly appreciate you choosing us to capture this special moment. If you'd like me to revisit any image or request a re-edit including black n white versions, i would be more than happy to help.
