For Couples who are good at heart, that live for the seconds and party like no tomorrow. Capturing Authentic moments, focused on heartfelt storytelling. Based in the Southern Adirondacks, I have been wedding photographer for 15+ years now telling over 400+ wedding days.

I think my philosophy to my work is what sets me apart, the core values that I bring to each wedding. Letting couples be their true self. There is magic in imperfection. It's where genuine love shines the brightest. We create a space where you can be yourself, present, not perfect. We prioritize candid images instead of rigid posing, letting you do what you do best, being you. Every moment has value. The nervous excitement before the ceremony, the shared laugh between friends, and everything in between, is what makes up your love story. Our lens is focused on capturing every moment, so you can worry less and love more.

    Is there an option for 10 stars?! I truly cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Jason. Besides being an extremely talented photographer, he’s kind, relaxed, and makes you feel super comfortable in front of the camera. He has such a way with capturing the candid moments of laughing, happy tears, and the vibes. The turn around time for us to receive our photos was even quicker than he originally quoted us. You can just tell that he puts so much love into making sure your photo gallery is something that you’ll be absolutely thrilled with. Every bride getting married in the Hudson Valley deserves to love their photos while just acting natural on their wedding day, and this is why you MUST book Jason Hupe for your photographer extraordinaire.

    Jason is an absolutely talented photographer and a good friend! He went out of his way both during the engagement session and the wedding day to get the shots we wanted and gave us so many beautiful photos to choose from. He also gave us sneak peeks within a day of the wedding - which was such an unexpected surprise! Our friends and family have all shared with us about how much they love our wedding photos.     We cannot recommend Jason highly enough! From the very beginning of our wedding planning process, he was amazing to work with. He kept in touch regularly, offering helpful suggestions when we were unsure about timelines or logistics. On wedding day, Jason was an absolute joy to work with. He brought such positive energy and made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. He remembered every detail we discussed beforehand—from specific photo ideas to family members’ names—and even came up with creative ideas on the spot based on the location, lighting, and his incredible experience. He sent over several sneak peek photos the very next morning! It was so exciting to see how beautifully everything turned out, and it made us even more eager for the full gallery. Jason’s turnaround time was exactly as promised in his contract, and he continued to check in with us throughout the process, even though he was clearly busy with other weddings.     Hire Jason as your wedding photographer—it will be the best and easiest decision you make. I first met Jason in 2021 at my best friend’s engagement shoot and was immediately impressed by his creativity, calm energy, and genuine personality. A year later, at her wedding, it felt like reconnecting with an old friend. When I got engaged in 2023, there was no question—Jason had to be my photographer. He was the first vendor I contacted, and we even chose our date based on his availability. Jason made every step of the process fun and meaningful. For our engagement shoot, he spent the entire day with us, bringing us to a brewery and Crown Point State Historic Site (his amazing recommendation). Not only did we get beautiful photos, but it was a genuinely fun day! On our wedding weekend, Jason photographed both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day. He wasn’t just our photographer—he was “our friend Jason,” capturing every special moment with care and creativity. On such a busy, whirlwind day, that brought a sense of comfort and made the whole experience even more special. Our photos are stunning, timeless, and everything we hoped for.
