LM Photography

We are a husband and wife photography team! We work well together, feeding off each others excitement and ideas. We also compliment each other and always seem to fill where the other is lacking. We communicate well to make sure we get the perfect shots!

We know how special this day is for you, no matter the size. We get to know you better and develop a style board and a custom timeline, just for you.     This review is very hard for me to write because I truly believe LM Photography are incredibly talented photographers. Their work is beautiful, and when I first booked them, I was genuinely excited and confident in my choice. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite of what I had hoped for, and it caused me a great deal of stress and heartbreak leading up to my wedding. Over several months, communication became nearly nonexistent there were times I went a month or even longer without any response or update. I tried to be patient and understanding, especially after being told that personal matters were going on, but I was still a paying client with an important day depending on their reliability. Even a short check-in would have gone a long way, but that never happened. Eventually, I lost all confidence that they would show up on my wedding day. I also asked for a shot list because there were certain photos and family moments that were deeply meaningful to me. Instead of collaborating, I was told it wasn’t necessary because of their experience. That response left me feeling unheard and dismissed. They didn’t know me or my family, and I didn’t want to risk losing once-in-a-lifetime moments. I later spoke with an organization (that I would like to keep private) and they acknowledged that communication had been a concern with them as well. That conversation gave me some peace of mind that I wasn’t overreacting. When I finally made the painful decision to cancel, the reaction I received was manipulative, unkind, and deeply hurtful. By that point, the stress had taken a real toll on me — I was physically sick, losing my hair, and felt completely defeated. What should have been an exciting, joyful season turned into constant anxiety and self-doubt. It truly breaks my heart to write this because their artistic ability is undeniable. But communication, professionalism, and empathy matter just as much as talent, especially when you’re dealing with something as emotional and personal as a wedding. I’m sharing this review not to harm them, but to help future couples avoid the pain and uncertainty I went through — and to hopefully encourage these photographers to handle clients with the respect and care their work deserves.     STAY AWAY from LM Photography!!!! Lizzie is the most unprofessional person I have EVER worked with! She missed countless photos I requested on my wedding day...and I will never get those now. Showed up with the wrong timeline and accused me that I was wrong. So there I was on my wedding day having to get things straight. Post wedding she missed the promised contracted turn around time. Kept saying it was coming but she was still on schedule per the contract...even after sending her the contract showing it was past due. I get that things come up but it was excuse after excuse. I got my pictures eventually...I will say, they were good photos (the only positive I have for her) Fast forward 8 months after my wedding, I am still waiting for my album I am supposed to get with my package. I texted her saying we are moving (almost 2 months after approving the album) and provided our new address. I immediately got snapped at!! RUN FAR from this business!!!

    This person has been harassing me for 2 years now. They have received their book, their images, and this story is not even remotely true. After texts, calls, spreading lies on all my social media, making fake acocunts to do reviews on anything my business touches, it's too much. This person has tried to report me to 2 different states BBB, both of which were closed after investigation and evidencei provided. I am extremely exhausted that this person keeps popping up, in the middle of the night, with months in between to "ruin me and my business". Please stop. I've asked you several times on public platforms and I have the receipts to prove your version is not at all what happened. Please stop.

    Lizzie never showed up to my wedding and then blamed me for it. This was such a terrible experience and I am not the only one who she had done this kind of thing to. She refused to give me my money back after not showing up to my wedding. She also didn’t actually tell me she wasn’t going to show up, she only told me two days before the wedding when I reached out to confirm she was going. Her word as a professional means absolutely nothing. The contract that she requires clients to sign also means nothing to her. There was nothing in the contract that said she could cancel just because she didn’t feel like it, yet that’s exactly what she did. This is not a person that cares about the people that pay her for the service she claims to provide. Then she actually said it was all my fault ‍️. Do your research before hiring Lizzie. I wouldn’t want any more people to have to go through this.
