Hey Nia! This is a great opportunity to explore the importance of discussing all locations on our planning calls . We had multiple calls leading up to your wedding to discuss this. We had confirmed 2 locations ahead of your wedding (remote ceremony & house for details). Ana had attempted to call you multiple times after completing detail shots to find out you left for a 3rd undisclosed, not at a venue or house but requiring trail maps to identify at 'hidden locations.' While we follow every couple around during wedding day each weekend, providing us these directions before spontaneous decisions helps avoid miscommunications between team members as we discussed post-wedding. Addresses are vital to importance ahead of weddings with impromptu decisions. The additional hour was for detail shots out the house as requested the day before. Ana did photograph in torrential downpour under an umbrella at your request mid-ceremony, without a rain-delayed backup plan, so we made sure flash was appropriately used (lighting was properly utilized as showcased on our public galleries), and we did shore up your photos accordingly which took some time. However, raws were immediately delivered and our contract does state 4-14 weeks for touchups. We did ask for your editing request preference but hadn't heard back. A cooperative and communicative approach helps to design edits according to every couples styling expectations as photos have contrasts between light and airy vs moody styles. Additionally holding ceremonies in weather storms will impact the photo experience and we accommodate as best we can without artificially impacting your photos. Additionally we offered you a discount for your wedding to meet your overall budget. While we understand your day did not go according to plan, we are consistently reliable each week and are as intentional to plan as the couple who chooses us. A 2nd photography onsite is always a recommendation when working with multiple locations.
