Hey! I’m Sarah Jane, your PNW-obsessed, puppy dog loving, stress-free photographer. After 5 years working in the music industry managing bands, organizing large-scale festivals, spending time on staff at a radio station, and being the lead singer & guitarist in a band, I knew I wanted to be involved in the magic of coordinating a moment. Juuust with wedding music playing in the background. ;) Now I’m completely in love with capturing special moments at weddings and engagement sessions for couples in Washington & Oregon. I capture not only those classic wedding portraits, but mostly memorable candid moments with guests, family members, and of course my couple! I'm a more documentary style for wedding photography so when you look back at your wedding photos, you feel the way you felt through your photos. And have so much fun along the way! I love bringing in your personality as much as possible into your wedding and engagement photos so you can look at them and say 'that's so us'.

I have 6 hour coverage available as well at $2600(plus tax). The best of the best, our favorite person we hired
From the moment we met Sarah Jane, we knew we were in good hands. Neither of us are used to being in front of a camera, and we were a little nervous about feeling awkward—but she instantly put us at ease with her authenticity, goofiness, and incredible energy. Instead of feeling posed or stiff, we were able to relax and just enjoy the moments, which is exactly what we wanted for both our engagement and wedding photos. Sarah Jane is not only an amazing photographer, she’s a wonderful human! She was so genuine and thoughtful in all her communication, and she was incredibly quick to respond—I never once had to follow up with her, which gave us so much peace of mind. She even helped us beyond photography—when we were struggling to find a coordinator, she shared thoughtful recommendations, one of whom we ended up hiring. That kind of care and support meant the world to us. We’ve already received our sneak peek photos, and we are absolutely in love. They are beautiful, heartfelt, and capture the joy of our day perfectly. We’re so grateful we found Sarah Jane and can’t imagine our wedding without her. We can’t recommend her enough, and we know exactly who to call for future life milestone photography. If I could give Sarah Jane more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

Leaving you saying, ‘that’s so us’” - I had no clue this was Sarah Jane’s tagline until a week or so after our wedding, but in the meantime as I retold the story of our incredible wedding day to all of our friends and family I kept saying, “In the best, most quintessentially cheesy way possible, it was so us.” And it truly was, the location, the hiking around, the dogs, the camp cooked dinner, all of it was a perfect culmination of our lives together. Sarah Jane is a true gem. Her energy and positivity makes the wedding planning process fun. She is incredibly supportive and thoughtful when creating a wedding day that honors the couple and their vision. During our wedding day, she kept checking in on us to ensure we were doing okay and she was the ultimate hype woman to ensure we were having a good time and feeling good - she has a way of making a person feel SO GOOD about themselves. She did an incredible job curating a schedule for our day hitting each of our key activities and landscapes we wanted to have on our wedding day. Her skill and artistic vision is astonishing, the way she uses light and the natural landscapes to take beautiful pictures is astonishing and I will cherish our photos from that day for the rest of my life. Every fiber of your being will be grateful you booked her as your wedding photographer.
5 stars isn't enough for Sarah Jane!!
We cannot say enough positive things about Sarah Jane, she's an absolute gem!! After watching her magic at my friend's wedding a few years back I knew instantly that I'd need her shoot to my special day as well (one day)! When my time finally came, Sarah Jane was the first vendor that we booked and afterwards everything else fell smoothly into place. Sarah Jane helped us plan a beautiful engagement shoot on Mount Baker while also taking time to help us scope out possible ceremony spots for the following year. She helped us develop a timeline for both our ceremony and our reception, and that was a HUGE lifesaver!! Then when our ceremony location had to change just two weeks before our big day due to the snow levels on Mount Baker, Sarah Jane quickly reworked our plans while still managing to incorporate everything that was important to us. She was phenomenal when it came to managing our large family in group/individual photos, completing many shots in a very short amount of time. Somehow she manages to capture all of the sentimental, candid, and funny photos all at the same time....I swear she's an absolute ninja with a dynamite personality!!!! We loved every moment we spent with Sarah Jane and we can't stop drooling over all of our breathtaking photos.

Sarah is hands down one of the kindest most thoughtful people I’ve ever had the joy to work with. She also has this CRAZY amount of energy. She’s always thinking of how she can make everyone’s experience better weather they’re the bride, the videographer she’s working with or the other vendors that I saw her working so effortlessly with. If you’re a couple that books Sarah, be ready to have someone who genuinely will do anything in her power to make your day special and captured in such a pure way. We love Sarah. 10/10
