Before I started helping create magical events I worked with Montana State Athletics as a on field coordinator. Then, last summer, I planned my own wedding – and BAM! It hit me like a confetti cannon 🎉– this is what I was born to do! So, here I am, ready to make your celebrations absolutely magical. Let’s get this party started! 🍾
Working for the Montana State Bobcats for 4 years as the on field coordinator and planning my own wedding from top to bottom allows me to have a unique perspective for your special day. I am very much a type A person which benefits you as I will plan every detail needed.

The BEST Coordinator You Could Ask For
Amaya was top tier, and everything went exactly how we had hoped. Everything kept moving without us having to say anything to her, which feels like a testament to how good she is at her job. She was incredibly easy to communicate with and put a lot of our worries at ease from our first conversation with her. She arrived early and stayed until the very end helping us clean up and have the venue in order by the end of the night. She did a million things on the day that made everything that much easier - like arranging the flowers on our arch, setting up our welcome table, directing family and vendors where to go, setting up chairs at the ceremony, playing the music during the ceremony, getting us appetizers before they ran out, keeping happy hour on time, helping a family member that got hurt, bringing my extra shoes to the reception, cutting the cakes, communicating with the venue owner, distributing tips to our vendors, and I am sure a thousand other things that we didn't even hear about. Our day could not have gone smoother, and she was incredibly professional and kind every time we interacted with her. Do yourself a favor and hire her asap - her experience is second to none!
Hiring Amaya was the best decision ever
Hiring Amaya to coordinate our June 2024 wedding weekend was the best decision ever. Our event had many logistical challenges, including two locations and family dynamics. Amaya’s assistance was critical for our big day, allowing us to stay calm and enjoy our wedding no matter what was happening in the background. She is professional, responsive, and goes above and beyond, handling each task or problem that arises with thoughtfulness and grace. We can’t thank Amaya enough!
