From the moment we hired Blue Magnolia Weddings, it felt like a huge weight had been lifted. Planning a wedding is such an overwhelming process, but Deidra brought a sense of calm and expertise that was truly invaluable. Deidra has a true gift for understanding our vision. She took the time to get to know us as a couple, and she translated our ideas into a wedding that was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. She handled all the vendor communication, coordinated the setup, and made sure everything ran seamlessly on the day of. Thanks to her, we were able to relax and truly enjoy our wedding day. I didn't have to worry about a single detail – she had it all covered. We were absolutely thrilled with the level of service and attention to detail provided by Blue Magnolia Weddings! Communication was very thorough, and Deidra went over the top in terms of quality of work. She made sure we were hydrated while taking pictures after the ceremony since it was hot outside. Secondly, we made a last minute change of giving Jenny's bouquet to her mother which Deidra promptly arranged and made sure it went smoothly. I'd highly recommend hiring them for your wedding, our special day was stress-free and everyone had a great experience.

We try not to take multiple weddings on the same day. However, we will consider for the same weekend. We want to be sure that we are fully available for each client and don't want to be worn thin by taking more than one in a day!

Yes. Once a contract is signed and the initial retainer is paid. Payment plans are customized to each individual client's needs.

While we don't have a cut off. Most of our couples tends to book us 9 -12 months out for full service planning, 4-6 months out for day-of coordination or micro-weddings. We've successfully planned a wedding in 60 days days before.

Absolutely! We have a list of amazing vendors that we trust to refer to our couples. We have personally worked with each vendor on our list, some many times, and only choose the *best of the best* to recommend to our couples. When you book with us, you have full access to our trusted vendors list, and peace of mind you are booking the most amazing vendors for your special day.
