With our silk floral design artist, we also are able to create the most beautiful silk flower arrangements for you that may include wedding bouquets, arch swags/sprays, centerpieces, and for other events, this may include any type of bouquet, potted arrangement, hanging baskets - etc. We have full decor options as well as work with many vendors to bring you a full all-inclusive experience.     My name is Kathy Ray and we hired this wedding planning company for our wedding. I never really give reviews but I just couldn't go without giving them the shout out that they deserve. They did everything for me and even things I thought I would have to do. The minister messed up my marriage licenses and they were able to jump in and handle this. The wifi went out during out ceremony and they jumped in with backup hotspot and everything was fixed. I think i have high anxiety about everything but they honestly babied me and made me feel so much relief lol!! I just didn;t hire a company but they all became my new besties! Thank you Cece, Alex, Ariel, Nikole and the rest of the team. I recommend to all!

    We deeply regret hiring Bold & Belle. They overpromised and underdelivered on several items in our wedding. When we gave them feedback, they denied any responsibility instead of working with us toward a fair resolution. Our credit card company was able to get some of our money back through a dispute, if that tells you anything about how they conduct business. Communication After returning from our honeymoon, we shared our concerns immediately. Rather than showing accountability, Alex told us we should have raised issues “on the day” so they could intervene. Expecting a bride and groom to stop mid-wedding to give feedback is absurd, especially for problems that cannot be fixed in the moment. They then went silent for weeks before replying that they “fulfilled their role in accordance with professional standards,” citing dishwashing and trash removal as going “above and beyond.” Cleaning up after yourself is hardly exceptional service. Florals Our floral arch spray looked fine at rehearsal but was completely dead by the ceremony. Cece (our coordinator) had stored the flowers in a freezer overnight. Despite photo evidence, Alex denied any issue but offered to digitally remove the spray from our photos “as a courtesy”; something no one would do if there weren’t a problem. We also paid for real cake flowers but received fake ones, and the cake and sweetheart table florals didn’t match the theme. Photo Edits The “courtesy” photo edits were unusable. They looked like rushed Photoshop work, with blurred backgrounds and artifacts. It took over 10 weeks (contract promised 6 weeks), they delivered only 8 of the 22 requested, and the edits arrived watermarked, meaning we would have had to purchase them. We did not use their edits, leaving all of our ceremony photos compromised by the dead floral spray. Bartender Our original bartender was replaced last minute with “Lacey.” Our guests said that she didn’t know how to make a Margarita, confused rosé and white wine, couldn’t identify red wines, and served our signature drinks pre-mixed and warm. At one point, she disappeared and Cece stepped behind the bar herself which we later interpreted as acknowledgment that the bartender was failing. Food We paid 8,900 for a package including catering for 75 guests, plus 695 in add-ons. Our final count was 60, and we were told we’d be reimbursed for the difference, but never were. We also paid 800 for a grazing table that looked like 100 of cold cuts and cheese dumped on a tablecloth; no serving platters, vegetables, dips, or jams. It included barely half the quoted items. Day-of Coordination Our contract covered 10 hours. Cece arrived at 4 p.m. for a 6:30 ceremony and began setting up the ceremony and reception areas. She wasn’t present when musicians arrived and were asking guests where to set up. The arch and florals weren’t placed until 5 p.m., and we never previewed the reception space because setup was rushed last minute. Cece left before midnight. Conclusion While some reviewers have had good experiences, our wedding was filled with several preventable issues, denial of responsibility from the coordinator, and poor service. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve even a fraction of our concerns reflects on the company as a whole. I think a fair measure of a company is whether you would use them again and we can say with 100% certainty that we would not use Bold & Belle.

    First off let me state that if anyone if planning a wedding, definitely hire a Day of Coordinator, even if you think you do not need on as it definitely helps the day go smoother! I also recommend not hiring the cheapest coordinator as remember you get what you pay for and some are just not experienced at all as I learned this the hard way!!!!!!! I hired another lady because she was cheaper and she turned out to be horrible!!!! I found this company and spoke with Alex and Ariel at the beginning and let me tell you...... what a relief. I told them about the situation with the other planner and they were so kind and understanding. I am so happy to have found someone who was more of what i needed and knew what they were doing. Everything was great. They have a portal you can communicate with as well as text messages and so on. I felt great and anytime i felt overwhelmed with anything, they were there to help me! I hired most of my vendors, but the bartender and caterer they provided was wonderful and the food was spectacular!!!!! Everyone had lots of fun and our coordinators for the day were both awesome and on top of everything. I am telling you all now..... hire them!!!!

    We are from Michigan but meet in the Smoky Mtns and wantee to have our wedding there. We booked a cabin with clubhouse in gatlinburg but i am an all over the place bride lol and since i didnt know the first thimg about planning a wedding i needed to find help! Alex and bold & belle was recommended by the owner of the cabin so we book them. We had an initial call and a place to communicate online. Ariel and Alex were the ones we communicated with the most and sometimes some other members. When we came into town we met with Alex to go over our decor in person and she even created our bridal flowers. The bridal bouquet shevdid for us was absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Ill take a pic and try to post it. Cece was our point of contact day of and Nicolle. Minister arrived late which caused delsys but Cece had the DJ entertain everyone. There was one song missed by the DJ but this was quickly resolved. We ended things a little earlier but overall we were happy with everything.
