Hi, I’m Allie! Originally from the Finger Lakes region of New York, I split my time between Upstate NY and Central Florida (no travel fee). With over a decade of experience, I love helping couples create weddings that reflect their unique love stories. Whether elegant or one of a kind, I make the process stress free and your day unforgettable through creativity, attention to detail, and a calm, supportive approach.
From a young age, I was immersed in the world of event planning, learning from my mom, a respected figure in educational events. This foundation has fueled my passion for orchestrating unique and memorable events, including celebrity functions and innovative challenges like making snow in Florida. I would HIGHLY recommend Allie!
I absolutely LOVED having Allie and her team be apart of our wedding day! She made everything so easy and stress free, leaving us with no worries. She was constantly in communication with my wife and I, making sure every detail was perfect. From communicating with our vendors, to setting up our timeline, to simply being a friend and our support system during this journey, Allie did an amazing job. We couldn’t have imagined anyone else being our coordinator!

Celebrations by Allie was an incredible wedding planner to work with. They provided quick responses, were very helpful and friendly throughout the planning process. Allie was always prepared to communicate on our behalf with all our vendors and I truly felt supported throughout all this process. The team was extremely organized and understanding, going above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect. They helped set up all of our DIY decor on the day of the wedding, taking a huge weight off our shoulders so we could focus on enjoying the celebration. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planning experience and highly recommend Celebrations by Allie to any couple planning their big day.

Allie was an expert guide for planning our wedding at the Sirata Beach Resort in St. Pete Beach, Florida. From the very beginning, her communication was prompt, transparent, and incredibly actionable. As a couple who had no idea where to even start with wedding planning, Allie guided us through the whole process and provided recommendations and guidance where we needed it. She always gave us a few vendor choices to pick from and explained her relationship with them and why they were a solid choice. This was absolutely critical since we were planning our wedding across the country and didn't know anyone at our destination. If we ever had any issues with a vendor, Allie would be very transparent and would go above and beyond to resolve those issues. For example, we had an issue with one of our vendors not delivering on their product. Allie informed us regarding what was going on and continued to work with all parties involved until the issues were resolved - her job didn’t just stop after the wedding day. Allie's experience, positive attitude, and ability to over-deliver on every aspect of our wedding planning made her essential. We are so grateful for Allie and highly recommend her to any couple looking for an exceptional wedding planning experience.

As our day-of coordinator, she worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was perfect, putting out any fires without me even knowing there were issues. When I lost access to my phone the day before the wedding, I had no worries because Allie took care of everything.
