I’m Crystal, the owner & principal wedding planner of CCE Weddings. I love being able to share in the love of two individuals & feel blessed to get to work with such wonderful people each day! Based out of Charlotte, NC, I’ve been planning weddings for over ten years now. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t have my planner in hand & weddings on the brain. After graduating from UNCC with a degree in Communications and Sociology, I started planning weddings & events for Providence Country Club and The Club at Longview. In 2020, I decided to start my own planning company and become a Flight Attendant for Delta.

What sets me apart from your average wedding planner is my mission to be more than just a planner—think of me as a friend who knows a lot about weddings! I don’t clock in and out like a regular 9-to-5er; I’m here, ready to share my wedding wisdom 24/7! My goal? To make sure you feel totally at ease reaching out with any questions or worries, keeping the convo flowing like the champagne at your reception!

Working with Crystal was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From start to finish, she brought an incredible level of organization, calmness, and genuine care that made the entire planning process and wedding day feel effortless. On the day of the wedding, she handled everything behind the scenes so smoothly that we were able to be fully present, enjoy each moment, and not worry about a single thing. Crystal felt like both a coordinator and a supportive friend, someone who truly wanted our day to be perfect. And because of her hard work, it genuinely was. Crystal was an absolute dream to work with! As someone who wanted to have complete control of everything when it came to planning my dream wedding, I found myself struggling to balance wedding planning, teaching full time, and going to grad school. I recognized I couldn't do it all myself and needed help, so when I was suggested to contact Crystal for wedding planning help, I was very eager to see how having a wedding planner could be helpful and make my life a little easier. Crystal called me very quickly after I sent her my initial interest form, even when she was really sick, and did not have to! That along with many other examples, shows just how dedicated Crystal is to her clients. She was the perfect coordinator because she constantly went above and beyond, always checking in with me throughout the process, always being available when needed, but also knew I was to be trusted and let me handle the things I wanted to do myself! Leading up to wedding day, I was very worried I wouldn't be able to let myself enjoy the day and thought I might be tempted to try and control everything. Day of, I felt so absolutely calm because I knew in my heart that Crystal had John and I's back and that she would make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. We had the most amazing time and she is just the best! Our day would not have been the same without her!

I can't say enough good things about Crystal. I was very nervous to plan a large wedding by myself, but she made the process so seamless. She was always there to answer my questions and handled last minute changes and updates like a true professional. My family and guests all commented on how amazing she was on the big day. I couldn't have done it without her!

We didn’t have to worry about a thing leading up to our big day—Crystal handled everything flawlessly! Her communication with our vendors was seamless, and she kept our timeline updated and on track. I DIYed most of our décor, and she brought my vision to life beautifully with minimal direction. She handled day-of changes with ease and grace, and everything was executed perfectly. All of our guests were so impressed by how smoothly and efficiently the day went. Crystal’s professionalism, calm demeanor, and attention to detail made our wedding everything we dreamed of!

Of course! We love to travel and have plenty of experience planning weddings outside our zip code. We have coordinated weddings all over the Carolinas. Travel fees are applied if 30 miles outside of Charlotte, NC.

With over ten years of experience, we always make sure there is a backup plan for every unexpected situation. By staying organized and maintaining clear communication throughout the planning process, we do our best to eliminate issues before they arise.

Depending on your timeline, we will work with you to maintain communication via in-person meetings and phone consultations to ensure we are always on the same page. If you’d rather chat by phone or prefer video to sit-down meetings, we are happy to accommodate your needs!

Let us know when you’re getting married, and we will let you know immediately whether or not we are available. A non-refundable deposit and signed contract are due in order to secure your date. If you haven’t narrowed down a date yet, we can help! It helps to have 2-3 dates in mind before deciding on your venue & other vendors.

This depends on the logistics & and budget of your wedding, but you will always have at least one on-site coordinator on the day of your wedding.

We work with couples of various budgets and are always happy to gauge whether or not we are within your price range prior to an initial consultation. Our wedding planning services start at $1800 and go up from there if additional services are added. Holiday weekends have an additional surcharge of $200. Travel fees are applied if 30 miles outside of Charlotte, NC.

With over 80 weddings under our belts, we are highly experienced in our industry and are prepared for any situation that might come up during the planning process!

We assist with contract review, however, we do not assist with vendor payments.

Each vendor we work with has their own policy regarding discounts, but we can ensure that you will be receiving the very best pricing available. We are proud to work with highly seasoned wedding professionals.
