Her capable team is made up of wedding coordinators and assistants from diverse professional backgrounds, from executive assistants to startup vets to creative industry pros. Her team brings a unique perspective to your wedding, drawing on expert knowledge from the wedding industry and beyond.
From the time you book, we provide tools, guidance, and open communication, ensuring a seamless handoff when we step in. Whether you book us for partial planning, month-of or day-of coordination, we're here for you with vendor recommendations, expert advice, or for quick contract reviews. We also have connections with an incredible group of vendors. We believe in supporting individual business owners and artists, especially those who work in weddings alongside other pursuits in theatre, fashion, beauty and other creative industries.

| Description | Just got engaged and want someone there for you throughout the whole planning process? We're there from venue planning to vendor selection to the day of. We take a small number of full service clients per year, and your planners will block off the month of the wedding so you and your event have our full attention! | Partial Planning or Month of Coordination are for the couples that have started planning their wedding but want an expert to step in for the final phases. For all packages, we will communicate from the time of booking. For partial planning, the bulk of our work together starts 12 weeks out. For month of, we start meeting weekly 6 weeks out and includes timeline creation. | Day of Coordination is for the couple who has planned their whole wedding and needs someone to execute their plans for the day. Does not include timeline creation. |

Elizabeth is essential!
We are beyond grateful to have had Elizabeth as our wedding coordinator. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. She was always available for questions, advice, and suggestions, and her proactive approach gave us so much peace of mind. Elizabeth reached out to all of our vendors ahead of time, introduced herself as our coordinator, and became their main point of contact—saving us from a flood of last-minute questions. She even attended all vendor meetings, collected insurance certificates, and delivered them directly to the venue, taking an enormous weight off our shoulders. She created a detailed and thoughtful timeline for our wedding weekend and adjusted it in real time on the big day to make sure everything ran seamlessly while still fitting in all the moments that were important to us. Her attention to detail extended beyond coordination—she helped us make boutonnieres, used her beautiful calligraphy skills for our table number cards, and even stepped in with her team to lay out linens and chargers when the venue staff was running behind. What truly stood out was Elizabeth’s curiosity and eagerness to learn. Coordinating a South Asian wedding with unique customs and traditions can be complex, but she embraced it wholeheartedly, ensuring that every detail was respected and executed perfectly. Thanks to her, our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. I cannot recommend Elizabeth enough to anyone planning a wedding—she is professional, dedicated, creative, and an absolute joy to work with!

Hiring Elizabeth Treimanis Events was the best wedding decision my husband and I made! Elizabeth and her team were unreal. They saved us and kept us sane when a family member was running late to the ceremony, effortlessly helped with a grass stain I got during photos, and set up the decor we brought into the venue in the most beautiful way imaginable. They kept us on our timeline even with our delayed start and were flexible as the night evolved. They worked brilliantly with our venue’s house staff. And they were attuned to and considerate of our family and VIP’s dynamics. Elizabeth, Josh, and Joe were all also just fun to be around! They made us laugh, ensured we ate and drank (and got to have the foods we really wanted from the cocktail hour) and joyfully did the Hot to Go dance to keep the energy high during the tail end of our reception. I literally cannot imagine what our wedding would have been like without them!
Sanity Saver
I had done all the planning for my wedding by myself and realized 2 months out that I needed someone to deal with the day of stuff because I didn't want to be stressed out about anything else. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE. After talking with Elizabeth I knew the fit would be great, I come from the TV world and was literally looking for someone to produce the day of. Elizabeth hooked me up with Erica & Marissa to run the show for me. All 3 went above and beyond to make sure that any behind the scenes issues remained behind the scenes. They helped us plan a timeline that made sense and dealt with all the extra details that needs to be done day of, from being there when vendors showed up to helping get some last minute DIY table decorations in place, and even moving florals from ceremony to reception. I highly recommend them, it was a pleasure and sanity saver to work with them.

Elizabeth Treimanis Events was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment I arrived at Ainslie, their team was friendly and welcoming. Throughout the evening, they circled the venue frequently to ensure everything was going according to plan and paid close attention to even the smallest details. Impressed by how attentive they were, constantly checking in on the couple to make sure they were happy and taken care of. Little touches ensured the food and decor looked perfect.
