Where to even begin! Hiring Evviva studios for our wedding was the easiest decision yet! Kat and her team truly made everything special down to every detail, from our initial meeting up until the last moments on our wedding day! Kait (our lead coordinator) was truly exceptional. She truly made sure every detail was perfect and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. She helped ensure not only my husband and I were taken care of but also made sure our families had everything they needed as well. The care and commitment she has to making sure your day is perfect is incredible. Every person we interacted with at Evviva was amazing and you would be doing yourself a disservice by not having them apart of your wedding day!

I hired Evviva Studio as my day of decorators and it was the best decision I could have possibly made! Kat executed my vision down to the smallest detail and I was blown away by her efficiency and attention to detail. Not only was her team amazing to work with the day of the wedding, but they were so supportive and organized throughout the entire planning process. The cherry on top was they organized and packed my decor back up at the end of the night and loaded it right into the uhaul so we didn’t have to lift a finger. If you’re still debating hiring them definitely do it and I promise you won’t regret it!

Kat and the team at Evviva Studio were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the very first conversation, their communication style was warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our special day was perfect was truly exceptional. Kat was with us every step of the way, making sure we were all where we needed to be and on time. Her excitement and positivity were contagious, and she shared in our joy throughout the entire process. I can say without a doubt that you will not find a better wedding planner than Kat, and I will absolutely be using her services again for my next daughter's wedding! Evviva Studio's work is truly top-notch, excellent, and exceptional in every way.

I would give Evviva 10,000 stars if I could. They were the best choice we made throughout wedding planning. We chose their coordination package and I truly do not know what we would have done without them. Kat had scheduled calls with us beginning three months out, which I found to be perfect timing because that's when I began to have mainly logistical questions. Kat answered every question I threw at her, provided calm guidance, and she created a seamless timeline for our day. Day of the Wedding, we were lucky enough to work with Kat and Caitlin, they were both ROCKSTARS. It was incredible how they seamlessly coordinated our entire day and were still so sweet, complimentary, and fun to be around. I never once felt rushed, or even knew what time it was lol. Kat was literally my best friend that day and kindly directed me wherever I had to be! After the wedding, we didn't have to worry about anything! Evviva organized everything, packed it back up, and communicated with us so we knew where all items could be found in the morning. Overall, they were worth every penny and then some!
