Working out of Lombard, IL, I am a type A planner from the very center of my heart. I love lists, schedules, budgets, and all things organized. Weddings are my passion because they involve so much coordinated detail in every phase of the day from start to finish. I love to see my client's vision for their special day come together with every check off the to do list. I have been coordinating weddings since early 2018, but have been networking in the industry for several years now. I love working with all of the gorgeous venues we have here in the suburbs of Chicago and can't wait to get started planning your dream wedding.

I like to pride myself on my positive attitude, calm, collected demeanor, and budget conscious spirit. I can work with any budget to create a vision you will love and I carry out that vision as a team player with the rest of your vendors because we are in fact a team together to bring your dream to life.

    Bree and the team at Grayterevents were an absolute dream to work with for our backyard wedding reception. With just under 200 guests, this was no small affair, but Bree's punctual and clear communication put us at ease every step of the way. Her team was incredibly helpful, quickly getting a broken outlet fixed the morning of the wedding so everything ran smoothly. The quality of their work was top-tier, and we could not have had the wedding of our dreams without their trustworthy expertise. Bree and her team went above and beyond to make our special day truly unforgettable. If you are looking for a coordinator, look no further. Grayterevents is the best!

    I cannot recommend Grayter Events and BreAnn enough. From start to finish, Bre was professional and organized. Our day went off without a hitch and we have Bre to thank for that. The timeline of the day was exactly what we discussed and wanted and she is the reason we would not change a thing about our wedding day. We are so grateful for Bre and her hardwork!

    BreAnn is absolutely phenomenal. As a type A person myself, we opted for the month of package because I knew I would have a lot of the vendors and things booked ahead of time. The last month leading up to the wedding, and the day itself, were STRESSFUL but BreAnn picked up and handled absolutely everything. From salvaging a chaotic rehearsal, communicating with family members, setting up and taking down decor, BreAnn did it all. Our entire bridal party knew throughout the day if anything came up to talk to BreAnn and she would have it handled, and she absolutely did. By the end of the wedding my sister had secured BreAnn for her upcoming wedding seeing how attentive, organized, and ultimately calm, cool, and collected BreAnn was all day. She was the grounding we all needed during an exciting and overwhelming day. I cannot recommend BreAnn enough she is perfection!!!!

    Our venue recommended BreAnn as a day-of coordinator, and we're so glad they did! BreAnn was awesome to work with. She was responsive, happy to answer questions or offer advice as we progressed through planning, and overall felt very on top of it. Her presence at our venue walkthrough made me feel confident she would help run the day perfectly - and she did! Even when there was a hitch with the planned table arrangements (through no fault of anyone's except maybe mine lol), BreAnn helped handle it calmly and everything turned out great. Setup and take-down was handled by her and her assistant, all the decor looked as I envisioned, and the day flowed smoothly! It was such a relief knowing we could just enjoy the day while BreAnn took care of the logistics. Would highly recommend working with Grayter Events!
