Hey! We are Hanna Marie Events! Our team is made up of lead + assistant coordinators and planners who are dedicated to making your wedding day magical + stress free! We strive to provide you with the peace of mind you deserve on your wedding day!
We strive to ensure that your wedding is as romantic, unforgettable, and perfect for YOU as your relationship is. When you crack open albums 20 years from now and reminisce on all that your love has endured, we hope you feel the same rush of joy, exhilaration, love and true peace that you did on the day you said “I do.” And when it comes to your wedding? We’ll take the stress and worry out of planning by handling every detail from initial inquiry to the final congratulatory round of applause.

Highly Recommend!!!
Where do I even start?! We had Hanna Marie Events for our Day of Coordinator, Content Creation, and we also did the Wedding Management Package. If I could go back, I would do the same thing over again! From the very beginning, Hanna felt like a friend. She’s incredibly sweet, down to earth, and is truly there to support you in creating the best day of your life. On top of that, she’s very knowledgeable, organized, and can probably answer any question you’d ever have. Throughout the planning process, I always felt supported. Hanna responds quickly to emails and was always in my corner helping me make the right decisions when I had no clue what I was doing. There’s no way our wedding would have turned out so seamless and beautiful if it wasn’t for HME. On our wedding day, everything went smoothly and beautifully. They were so on top of everything, they worked with the other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, it couldn’t have gone better. Having them there took off more stress than I can explain, and instead of worrying about random things, we got to enjoy our day and take in each moment. Lastly, content creation! We opted out of doing a videographer and instead chose content creation with HME. Best decision ever!!! She captured all the moments, big and small. She captured details from the venue, our first look, ceremony, dancing, etc etc. Anything you’d want videos of, Hanna’s got it. It’s been so fun to reminisce on our day, and looking back at all the videos is the best part. Hanna captured once in a lifetime moments that came and went in an instant, but now we have forever. Thank you SO MUCH Hanna, Brooke Team. You guys are amazing!!!!!

PERFECTION! I cannot recommend her enough! From day one Hanna was incredibly responsive, kind, and open to every little idea I had. On the wedding day, she blended in so effortlessly, never overstepping, yet somehow managed to capture the most raw, beautiful, and candid moments. Exactly what I had hoped for. What blew me away is how she went above and beyond… even bringing an extra second shooter when we hadn’t booked one. She delivered way more than I ever expected, and the results seriously speak for themselves. The recap video she created makes me tear up every time I rewatch it (which is a lot !!). The amount of compliments I’ve gotten on her work is unreal. Hanna truly crushed it, and I couldn’t be happier with everything she created. If you’re on the fence about booking her, don’t be. Best decision ever!

I had Hanna Marie Events for both day of coordination and content creation and the wedding would not have gone as smoothly without them there! Any hiccups throughout the day were handled by their team and I could fully be present for the entire wedding from getting ready to the last dance!! Kalen was on top of it with her coordination, she did everything from our ceremony rehearsal to packing up decor at the end of the night and everything in between! She even made sure we had drinks after the ceremony and before speeches started. Everything was in place and perfect! Hanna did content for me and I can’t express how special it was to relive moments from the wedding that we might’ve missed. She is so supportive during the time leading up the wedding day. She is the quickest person I’ve ever exchanged emails with which is so helpful during the wedding planning process. This team is rockstar status and I would choose them again and again!!

We cannot say enough good things about working with Hanna, Rachel and their amazing team for our wedding! Hanna was super helpful leading up to the big day, as she kept us organized with planning checklists and made sure we covered all the little details and were “on track” during our meetings. She was so helpful with vendors and helping us get connected with them! Meeting with Hanna to review the details and day-of management made everything feel way less overwhelming, and she has such great advice as to what the “must-haves” and “optional” details are! Another huge and such a helpful part was Hanna is so great about contacting our vendors on behalf of us to communicate the timeline and details a few weeks prior to the wedding so I could focus on the last minute planning details. On the day itself, Rachel, our on-site Lead Coordinator was truly incredible. She made sure we were always in the right place at the right time and kept the timeline moving so we could truly enjoy our day without stressing about where to be at what time. I also didn’t have to worry about a single thing setting up… everything was set up exactly how we envisioned, and it was perfect!! Any little issue that came up, they handled it. I honestly felt so calm and present all day, all thanks to Hanna Marie Events!!! I will forever be an advocate for having a day-of coordinator, and I would hire this team 10 times out of 10 in a heartbeat!!! They took so much pressure off and truly let us enjoy every moment of the best day of our lives!! Thank you x1000 Hanna, Rachel and the rest of your amazing team!!!
