My name is Kayla, and I am a Planner/Coordinator based out of Southeastern NC. I have been involved in the industry previously through hair and occasional photography, but found a love for planning and the logistics. I love all things themed and am an avid DIY-er.
Organization and attention to detail are my pride and joy! I know these are key to making your big day go smoothly. I love bringing a vision to life and I’m always happy to handle the nitty gritty details so you don’t have to. So wonderful to work with!
We had a great experience working with Jade Events and Co. Kayla was our day of coordinator (which really was like month-of assistance plus day-of coordination). From our first conversation, she gave great guidance, was very organized and thoughtful. Even though I was pretty organized myself, I was constantly worried about missing something obvious because wedding planning was so foreign to me. She helped talk through our random questions and find solutions (including on the day). She seemed a little quiet/nervous handling some of our more bold family members but ultimately did well! Kayla also worked seamlessly with our other vendors. She was kind and overall a delight to work with!

Jade Events and Co. were an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our first interaction, their communication was always effective, flexible, friendly, and professional. The quality of their work was impeccable - they were on-time, detail-oriented, creative problem solvers who executed everything as planned. Kayla guided us from the beginning to the end and left us with a breathtaking ceremony and reception that exceeded our expectations. Jade Events and Co. truly made our special day one we'll never forget, and we can't recommend them highly enough.

Working with Jade Events and Co. was an amazing experience from start to finish. Kayla was extremely calming and helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. She exceeded our expectations with the quality of her work and the overall value she provided. On the day of the wedding, Kayla quickly fixed multiple problems that unexpectedly popped up, and she did an excellent job dealing with our untraditional wedding plans. Jade Events and Co.'s service was truly the one wedding vendor that I felt like I didn't pay enough for! I would definitely recommend this vendor to any future brides.

Working with Kayla was a dream! What truly stood out was her ability to handle any last-minute hiccups with grace and professionalism. The venue looked stunning, the timeline flowed effortlessly, and our couples guests couldn’t stop talking about how smooth everything went. There was such a relaxed vibe the whole day knowing Kayla had everything under control.
