In 2015, I opened Just4U Wedding Coordinating and More, which specializes in providing day-of coordination, partial planning and full planning services. My team and I are are committed to making sure your wedding day goes just as you envision.

Natasha and Weyni were seriously the glue to our entire wedding weekend and the few months leading up to it. They anticipated every detail we hadn’t even thought of, from coordinating vendors and timelines to handling last-minute changes with total grace. On the wedding day itself, everything flowed seamlessly. We were able to be fully present and worry free! Their team’s professionalism and genuine care for making our day perfect truly shone through and our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how smooth and beautiful everything was, and we owe that to the Just4U ladies! We needed a Day of Coordinator and booked with Just4u and I’m so happy we did!! Natasha and Taiya were amazing to work with from day one. They checked in with us, put together a very detailed timeline, and took so much off our plate on wedding day. They were very organized, timely, and professional. They even checked in with our vendors to make sure everyone was on one accord. They came prepared and met needs we didn’t even know we needed! Natasha was very hands on and got things done without me having to ask. If I did ask for something, it was already done. She was like our fairy godmother and everyone loved her!!! She definitely became part of the family that day. Our wedding day flowed beautifully and everyone was amazed and still talking about how well organized the day was. We cannot thank you guys enough for your services! Because of Just4u, our wedding day was perfect! Even if you planned your entire wedding (like I did), I would still 100% recommend Just4u for your wedding day needs so you can sit back and enjoy your day! It’ll be so worth it!

We can’t recommend Natasha enough! From our rehearsal to the final moments of our wedding day, she handled everything flawlessly. She guided us through the rehearsal with ease and confidence, and on the day of the wedding, she took care of every detail without needing to ask me a thing. She made sure our drinks were always full, we had plenty of food and water, and we never had to worry about a thing. Her calm, organized, and proactive presence made the whole experience stress-free and seamless. She is the best!

Most of our couples hire us for Full-Service Planning 10-18 months before their wedding! Couples looking for a coordinator will typically book 8-10 months before the big day. In all reality, as soon as you know you want to hire a planner or coordinator, sooner is always better!

We are available by phone, email, text message, our internal project management tool, and social media to respond immediately to our clients during working hours. If we miss your communication, we will get back to you asap. Our clients also get an advanced notice anytime we are out of the office.

In the exceedingly rare or unlikely circumstance that your Lead Planner who you have been working with all throughout your process could NOT be there on wedding day, we have a backup already in place! We use a cloud-based information sharing system that allows our entire team to have access to all questionnaires, timelines, and layouts at the drop of a hat. We got you!

We work with all ranges of budgets! There is no “requirement” of a minimum budget for us to serve you during your planning process. That being said, most couples spend anywhere from 10%-20% of their total wedding budget on a planner or coordinator, depending on how important a planner is to you and how much help you are needing. Most of our clients have budgets from $45,000-$80,000, but we have worked with smaller and larger budgets as well!

Guest count is not a factor in us executing your event! We have planned for as little as 30 guests up to 800+ guests in attendance.
