As a recent bride myself, my desire is for every couple to experience the joys of ALL aspects of their wedding, including the planning. It doesn't have to be stressful. It doesn't have to be costly. But, it will be exactly what you dream of. I pride myself in my talents, professionalism, organization, constructive critiques, and candid communication. I am truly honored when couples are beyond satisfied with my services from start to finish. Any planner can meet your expectations, but can they exceed them? I can.
Leave it all up to me...LITERALLY. All I need is your vision and your trust. Allow my creativity to flow as I gather a multitude of options for you, compile spreadsheets, timelines, playlists, vendors, arrivals, departures, you name it. I work my best magic by being very specific with details, budget, communication, and clear expectations, leaving no grey areas. Whether you enlist my services for the day of or for months leading up to, I am definitely the accessory you need to make that special day pop. I will pair and connect you with the best vendors and venues that align with your wishes and your wallet.

A dream come true!
Ms. Kelly was a joy to work with for our wedding. Kelly is a kind, attentive listener. Her attention to detail and beautiful execution of the reception decor and setup went above and beyond our expectations. On the day of the wedding, Kelly single-handedly managed the set up of our entire reception, keeping everything running smoothly and handling unique family dynamics with grace. We had a very small time window for executing and Kelly did everything quickly. I did not imagine our reception looking as beauriful as it did! Kelly took many loose elements and brought them to life. Kelly kept me, the bride, positive and kept up with the pace. I am not a planner so her organization really helped us. We are so grateful for Kelly's hard work and expertise, she allowed us to fully enjoy our special day without any stress or worry. We highly recommend Kelly S. Scott Events & Management to any couple planning their wedding! Bonus - she is affordable! She is worth her weight in gold.

Although I had only booked Kelly for the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond by getting involved two weeks in advance. She took the time to get to know the wedding party and was always just a call away no matter the time or day, she responded right away. I would definitely recommend booking her if you want your day to go by smoothly and stress-free.
Attentive to detail!
Ms. Kelly is amazing! She will give you the reassurance that you need if you are feeling stressed with planning. You won’t have to worry about a thing. Ms. Kelly will work to understand every couple’s vision and will execute it to perfection, down to the tiniest detail. Ms. Kelly is very communicative, knowledgeable, and fun to work with! I’ve had the pleasure of working with her at Honey Bee Ranch in Dayton. I know you won’t regret the decision in hiring her to be your wedding planner.

Kelly was the BEST! And just what we were looking for! We did most of our wedding planning leading up to the wedding ourselves, but we wanted to find a wedding day coordinator. We found Kelly on Zola and she was everything we could’ve ever wanted! She started communicating with us about our schedule a few weeks before the wedding and made sure she had everything we needed her to know about the wedding. She was there bright and early for our rehearsal on the wedding day and was amazing the entire day! She was super helpful with anything we asked her to do, she did it. She was the main contact for the day so we didn’t have to stress at ALL about anything! And if we wanted to do something earlier like cut the cake, or start serving food, she was so flexible and everything was just so smooth! We can’t thank Kelly enough and we highly recommend her for anybody who wants a stress free wedding day!
