I am hands down so happy I hired joe to coordinate our wedding. I had zero worries about vendors being on schedule, he was there for every question and help I needed, he had no problem kindly instructing guests to and from the ceremony. He even made a poster with the event timeline and a driftwood with our last name on it that fit the theme perfectly! I didn’t plan for it but he brought bubbles for guests to use while we exited the ceremony and it worked so perfectly! He also gifted us an emergency kit with little travel sized goodies to keep us fresh for the whole day (I.e. deodorant, chapstick, mouthwash, etc) Joe is incredibly professional and met with us on several occasions to organize and plan. I would hire Joe again in a heartbeat, he’s not just great at what he does but also has the funnest personality! Such a pleasure working with him, would 12/10 recommend him for your wedding!

We are so grateful we had Joe in our corner as our wedding coordinator! He was amazing to work with from start to finish. Leading up to the wedding, he met with us multiple times, gave us great vendor suggestions, and even helped us secure some of the key items we needed for the big day. On the wedding day, he was the point person for all of our vendors, handled setup, and kept everything running smoothly and right on schedule. Anytime a problem came up, he took care of it before we even had a chance to stress. Because of him, we were able to fully enjoy the day knowing everything was in great hands. If you’re looking for someone organized, reliable, and easy to work with, I can’t recommend Joe enough! p.s. he brings radios for everyone to keep in communication, which is not only practical but also SO fun!!
