Oh Hello Event Planning
Oh Hello was started by Amanda and Jessica after a conversation revealed they both had experience in and a passion for wedding planning. Since "wedding" their experience, the team has grown to include an additional planner and six additional coordinators, who all receive intense training and continuing education to ensure consistency and success. While Oh Hello initially grew in Northeast Ohio, we have expanded to Amanda's home turf on the Gulf Coast of Florida. We have produced incredible weddings in both regions, as well as the low country and even Lake Como, Italy. We would love to make your wedding vision come to life!

Simply The Best
I don’t even know where to begin — there are so many positives to say about Oh Hello Event Planning. We worked with Amanda for our wedding in Fort Myers, FL, and from the very start she was kind, patient, and incredibly organized. If you read nothing else in this review, just know this: they are truly the best planners in SWFL. Leading up to the event, Amanda coordinated seamlessly with every one of our vendors, created a detailed and easy-to-follow timeline, and kept us on track with all our tasks. In the weeks before the wedding, I kept saying, “Amanda’s got us.” She had every detail covered and made sure our vendors stayed accountable. On the wedding day itself, Amanda and Stephanie were nothing short of amazing. They organized our décor exactly to the vision we shared, managed the timeline to perfection, and made sure both our guests—and us as the bride and groom—were having the best day possible. They even helped pack everything up at the end of the night. From beginning to end, they put us first and did whatever it took to make our day incredible. And their support didn’t stop there. We had a few issues with a vendor after the wedding, and Amanda jumped in immediately and worked with them until everything was resolved. From start to finish, Oh Hello truly went above and beyond. Amanda and the entire Oh Hello team aren’t just exceptional planners—they’re exceptional people. They are warm, steady, and genuinely care, which is exactly what you want on a wedding day. If you’re looking for a planner or coordinator, look no further. They’re the ones you want in your corner.

My wife and I could not recommend Oh Hello enough. From the beginning they were an incredible partner in helping us navigate through the planning of our wedding. From interacting and communicating with our other vendors, making sure all the minor details that we didn’t think of were taken care, to being a sound board for any concerns we have, Amanda and her team went above and beyond to be an incredible partner for us. They made it so we could have a mostly stress-free wedding week, and of course everything went as smoothly as we could’ve hoped.
