Hi I'm Evelyn – the Owner & Lead Event Planner for Ouray Mtn Events. We are a locally owned, family business dedicated to creating memorable events for all those who visit our cozy mountain getaway. Our goal is to give the client the guest experience even at their own events, so they can enjoy rather than stress over the details!

    I know this site is for weddings, but Evelyn was amazing to work with for my sons Bar Mitzvah! It was a super fun night. Your staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Switching downstairs was seamless, and a perfect landing spot for late night middle school shenanigans.  Guests were impressed with the facilities and vibe. :-) - Jill

As a provider for the event, the Ouray Mountain Events team went above and beyond, with the planner literally rolling up her sleeves and stepping in as a bartender when needed.
