Our Day-Of Coordination is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding and want to fully enjoy it. We step in to manage timelines, vendors, and logistics, handling details and last-minute needs as they arise. With our dual-planner approach and calm, professional oversight, your day runs smoothly, allowing you, your family, and your guests to relax and celebrate without stress. Courtney and Kim at Perfectly Paired Weddings & Events were the perfect wedding coordinators for our big day. Their communication style was detailed and thorough, ensuring every aspect of our wedding was thoughtfully planned and executed. The quality of their work and value was unmatched - they were prompt, thought of everything, and knew what needed to be done before we even had to ask. They cued the ceremony seamlessly, even with 8 kids in our wedding party, and when I realized I had forgotten my cake topper at home, they magically produced one for us. Perfectly Paired managed all of our vendors so we didn't have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend Courtney and Kim - if you think you don't need a wedding coordinator, you're wrong! You absolutely need one, and Perfectly Paired is the best choice.

Whether your event is intimate or elaborate, we bring the same organization and attention to detail to ensure everything feels seamless and beautifully executed. Our goal is to help you host an event that flows effortlessly and leaves a lasting impression on your guests.

Yes! Perfectly Paired Weddings & Events is led by two coordinators, Courtney and Kim, high school acquaintances turned business partners with over 20 years of combined experience in service, events, and wedding coordination. When you work with us, you’ll communicate directly with both of us throughout the planning process and on your wedding day. We handle timelines, vendor communication, décor setup, and all day-of logistics together to ensure every detail is covered. Our hands-on, teamwork-driven approach means you always know who is supporting you, advocating for your vision, and making sure your celebration runs smoothly.

We believe every couple deserves our full attention, so we never take on more than one wedding per day. For weekends, we only book multiple events if they’re properly staffed and spaced out to ensure the same high level of care, communication, and hands-on support. Your wedding day is always treated as a priority, and we make sure we’re fully present, prepared, and dedicated to your celebration from start to finish.

The amount of time we spend together depends on the level of service you book, but we stay actively involved from the moment you sign on. On your wedding day, we’re with you from setup through the final send-off, handling every detail behind the scenes. We’re always just a message or call away whenever you need support or guidance throughout the process.
