To say working with Stephanie was amazing, would be an understatement. My husband and I got engaged in late December 2024 and we hired Stephanie January 2025 to plan our Lake Tahoe October 2025 wedding. From the moment we first made contact with Stephanie, she was completely committed to helping us create our special day. I had a very specific vision for how I wanted our wedding day to look and Stephanie delivered beyond what I could have imagined. Her attention to detail is uncanny. The minutia was just as important as the grand events of the day. I consider myself to be an organized person, but Stephanie's organization is next level. I was definitely a "type A" or "needy" bride and continually checked in with Stephanie about details/schedules/vendors/etc., and sometimes even jumped the gun on planning details. Not once did Stephanie make me feel bad about my nervous energy or impulsive decisions, but rather reassured me of the planning process and reminded me that whatever I wanted she was going to help me get it; whether it was a specific vendor or design detail. She was always available to answer my emails or texts all while meeting the needs of her other brides, and that is something I greatly appreciated. The weeks leading up to your wedding day become hectic and overwhelming at times, but that's where Stephanie shines. She took care of every detail imaginable-and I mean EVERY DETAIL. She help relieved the pressure off my husband and I, which allowed us to enjoy and revel in the excitement of the coming day. On our wedding day, she worked endlessly to make sure every aspect was perfect and exactly how we wanted it, all while still finding the time to physically check in with both myself and husband while we were getting ready for the day. Even throughout the afternoon and evening, if my husband or I needed something she would magically appear, despite continuing to juggle the events of the evening. Stephanie is the type of planner, and person, who gives 100% of herself to her couples and that is an aspect of a planner that money can't buy. She cares deeply about helping you achieve the wedding day of your dreams, and she certainly did just that, and more for us. Choosing Stephanie to plan our wedding day was the best decision we could have made and I will forever be thankful for her and the day she created for my husband and I. Thanks to Stephanie we truly had the best wedding day, and in turn, have the fondest memories to carry with us.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Stephanie! From the very beginning, she was kind, inclusive, and thoughtful—not just with us, but with every single person involved in our wedding planning process. We had a lot of friends and family members playing roles throughout the weekend, which certainly added complexity, and she made the effort to meet with them all, ensuring everyone felt included, informed, and aligned. It made a huge difference and created a true sense of shared joy around our wedding. She was also incredibly methodical and organized in her approach. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but she helped us move forward step-by-step and she struck the perfect balance between giving us structure and allowing us to enjoy the process. On the actual wedding day (and throughout the weekend), everything ran seamlessly. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment—because she had absolutely everything handled behind the scenes. We will always remember her car packed to the gills, helping us to transfer stuff to and from our venue. After months of working together and communicating regularly, it was clear how deeply she understood our vision and how committed she was to bringing it to life with precision and heart. And maybe most importantly, she brought an incredibly positive energy to every meeting and event. There are truly not enough words to describe how exceptional Stephanie is as a wedding planner. She is, without a doubt, the absolute best. Planning our wedding in under a year while I was balancing graduate school out of state seemed like an impossible task, but Stephanie made it not only achievable but also enjoyable. From the very beginning, she took the time to really listen to my vision and understood exactly what I wanted—then she brought it to life in a way that exceeded my expectations at every turn. Despite the challenges I faced with my hectic schedule, Stephanie always made the process feel stress-free, fun, and exciting. One of Stephanie's standout qualities is her incredible attention to detail. Her organizational skills are unparalleled, and she kept everything on track from start to finish. I never had to worry about missing a deadline or forgetting a detail because she was on top of everything. She is also incredibly responsive—no matter how busy I got, I always knew I could count on her for quick, thoughtful answers. Stephanie’s extensive network of vendors is another major asset. She introduced us to some truly wonderful people who fit our personalities and vision perfectly. Stephanie has planned several weddings in our family, including my own, and each one has been nothing short of spectacular. She is thoughtful, kind, and incredibly detail-oriented. From our very first meeting, she came fully prepared with questions I hadn’t even considered and solutions I didn’t know I needed. Stephanie has a true gift for working with vendors—balancing professionalism with fierce advocacy to make sure her clients' visions come to life. On the big day, everything ran so smoothly that I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. If anything went wrong behind the scenes, I truly had no idea—she handled it all with calm confidence.
